I’ve challenged this before (with an Amazon purchase) and my claim went through. That said, it was a while back and it seems one is lucky to actually get a bonus these days.

I'm surprised they're not seeing as Amazon are continuously dumping on them.

You've got more chance getting a fiver off me

Don't bother with Quidco i have had nearly all these declined

Yes pleaseee make this happen. I would have happily made another 5 more purchases this year if all the bonuses didn't exclude ebay.

Just received an email, So could be by Invitation , Check the T&C below.

Hey all, This bonus is by 'invitation only' as mentioned by @Brutes ...that is why it is not available to some. Don't worry though, there plenty of open bonuses on the horizon so do keep your eyes peeled. Thanks, Joseph

Codes can kill it. But codes via Groupon work. Make sure your spend is adequate AFTER the discount.

I used this offer about 6 weeks ago, guess what, it was declined. Might be because I used a code at the checkout to get another 5% off my purchase. Bit of a con though, lots of conditions in t&cs.

We're really sorry, you're not eligible for this promotion :(

Not eligible... ;(

Thanks, ive PM'd you the Dominos purchase ID and the Quidco bonus ID There is a plus side to this though, my last 4-5+ Dominos orders via Quidco have been confirmed/made payable within around 2 days of the purchase, thats pretty swift cashback! btw any news on when we will get our payouts from the Quidco football game? we have a thread on here for it but so far only 1 person has received their winnings so far :/

Let's get that checked out. Are you able to message me with the Dominos purchase ID? Thanks, Joseph

Groupon order was declined with this 2.5 pounds bonus. What a joke. Unfortunately your cashback has been declined. We're sorry to tell you that this retailer does not accept cashback claims, so we're unable to investigate this further for you. But the actual cashback from groupon that 15p is still pending.

For balance, the bonuses usually work well for me, albeit the earlier ones took chasing and I'm sure some failed to track into account and I just missed them. New system of tracking on opt-in is much easier. Main benefit of TCB remains the option to split payout! Can choose gift voucher value, Quidco only lets you take all money out.

More care should and will be taken to prevent that from happening again. Thanks for your feedback. Kind Regards, Joseph

I spoke too early I got to Wilko and they couldn't find my bloody order so probably wasted more than £2.50 in petrol. Did the latest one with Boots order and collect they seem a bit better. I seem to get better tracking reliability via Quidco mobile app than the website. Went through website for my travel insurance and it didn't track.

Similar has happened activated offer and purchased but not tracked. I have raised a claim but is it likely to be resolved before the promotion is declined?

I agree ... just spent £5.60 at Wickes, has tracked at £4.67 which I guess is less VAT. If they decline the bonus because this amount is less than £5 I'm going to be fuming!

I did that last week with a direct click through to Wilko website from Quidco. Purchase didn't track (although Quidco had all the details when I raised a claim) and the bonus declined whilst waiting for them to sort it out. A waste of a lot of time for £2.50 if it actually does get paid in the end .... doubt it with Quid-con.

In the past they had this sort of offer and it mentioned vat so i just tend to spend a little more to make sure. Hasn't failed me yet.

Same here.

for the sake of this thread/forum, i have just taken delivery of a Dominos Pizza to see if this bonus pays, i only did this to fact check whether it pays.. honest :{

I must be lucky. From 8th of November 2017 to 18th of May 2018, I had 10 x £2.50 bonuses tracked and all have paid out, none declined. I am quite happy with both Quidco and TCB. No major problems.

I think you are missing the point - so many people on here cannot be wrong. It's virtually impossible to check with the retailer or affiliates - but if it's so easy then please provide us with the contact details. They had debenhams credit card on there for ages @ £40 C/B and 24/25 reviews stated that despite meeting all T&Cs, cashback was declined and they wouldn't even tell you the reasons - and that's probably because they didn't have any valid ones.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Clicked through before midnight but it looks like the order went through a minute after so it's tracked the day after the offer ended. That'll teach me to be disorganised. I've been back through my past Quidco bonuses and all, so far, have been confirmed if the accompanying purchase is confirmed.

Quidco stopped doing Argos?

I have issues with both as I buy a lot but TCB are so far ahead with reliability and honouring bonuses it's comical.

Does anyone know if the 4 pack Magnum white is suitable for vegetarians?

Good try buy my offer's expired "29 Jun".

Thanks. Sadly never got either offer but the link allowed showed me redeem now button so thought I could use. Sadly bottom of the page, it asks which offer you are claiming and sadly I don't have that. Bought 2x magnums for this and TCB offer. Sadly, can only claim on TCB. Oh well. :(

First magnum offer: Valid 27 -29 June (now expired) Second magnum offer: Valid 30/06 - 01/07 On the top of this post: 'Valid 27 Jun – 01 Jul, 2018' is incorrect Both offers are account specific. You have to check that they don't include VAT on the total paid on the websites, as that can bring it down below the £10 threshold... (annoyed)

I wonder if they use the same platform behind the scenes, somebody else's software. It would be ridiculously trivial to check if somebody is a Premium member first so there must be a reason why they don't do it.

I will continue to use Quidco for now, but will be much more careful about checking their Bonus t&cs. I tend to use Topcashback more, they mostly pay out slightly more and I haven't had any problems with tracking purchases and payouts. Next time TCB offer their bonuses it might be worth anyone who doesn't have Premier membership to check if they play the same trick though.

I'm another who has given up on QuidCo. Doesn't seem to matter how closely you follow the rules - so many are declined it's pointless going through them.

Yes, it's very dishonest. I don't have Premier membership either. I hadn't seen it on Quidco front page, if I had I'd probably have checked to see if it was Premium members only. I got the email offer first though, with a link to the activate page, so I assumed I automatically qualified. Quidco is relying on people not checking t&cs because they assume they qualify as they received the offer directly. Quidco should make it clear on any site banners that it's Premium members only, and shouldn't be sending email invites to those they know won't qualify. Heads up to those who pointed out the Premium Members only catch. I've had my eye on something I want to buy and was going to use this Quidco offer on it, but decided to check hotukdeals deals first and saw this thread. I have had a few Quidco bonus offers turned down and it makes me wonder if this is why.

The linked page says "be sure to make a qualifying purchase (minimum spend £10 exc. delivery) before midnight, Monday 28 May". I assume it's a typo but to be honest I can't be bothered to take the risk with Quidco. Too many declined bonuses.

You're one of the lucky ones.

I bought a few things from Debenhams with a 98p cashback from Quidco. All tracked fine. But Debenhams refused the cashback saying i had returned or cancelled the order. This was despite me having emails from Debenhams dispatching the goods and the courier telling me they were delivering them the next day. I am still use the frying pan and glasses. I think retailers that are having financial issues (Debenhams is one of them) may be looking for excuses to refuse cashback. I cannot really blame Quidco as if they do not get paid then they cannot pay me.

I've never had any bonus declined

They keep declining my bonuses for no reason. I try to use TCB if possible now.

No I didn't - get your specs on! I use both and TCB are better - like you said despite never having used Quidco

No, because sometimes there's good reason, like me using an unauthorised promo code. And sometimes it's not their fault. Annoying when it doesn't go through, sure. But it's free money back on stuff I was buying anyway, so I'm better off with it than without.

BT called me today and offered me 22.99 PM plus a £50 mastercard , a brand new 12 month contract which wipes the £45 line rental fee I owe until December because I moved house 6 months into my original contract and they renewed the line rental for 12 months. Which works out cheaper and less hassle than Now Broadband for me. Wish they'd offered me this deal a month before my contract ended or I wouldn't have had to try to switch lol

That’s exactly what happens if you are complete your minimum term (y)

Thanks, hoping BT are just gonna charge pro rata for the days difference

No if one provider drops then it takes weeks and you probably will get a cessation fee from BT where most others swallow it up, greedy pants wants every penny they can vulture out of you. Paying 5 days service to BT will be hundreds of % cheaper than the cessation fee and you will be without broadband for weeks past the 18th as it’s a ‘new’ broadband order. Will expire since the £20 gone, it’s not like people are seeing it this cold anyway lol They will all just be taking Voda Fibre now! Good luck to them lol.

True that, or bridge a better router from Sky/Now router for a better WiFi signal. My Sky Q doesn’t like the brick wall between it and the bedroom I frequently have to Airplane mode my iphones. Roku box sometimes does the same, it’s always one or the other but most frequently the iPhones over a cheap ass Roku box...go figure! (excited)

If a cashback site doesn't reliably pay out, that seems like something people would want to know. That said, I have a lot of skepticism for a lot of the claims about tracking. Keep a separate browser you use only for cashbacks (I use Vivaldi as it doesn't trigger adblock warnings on either site "out of the box"). Open the browser, immediately clear all browser history in every way. Go to the cashback site directly. Search for the site you're going to and click the link. Buy what you want. I think I've had tracking fail once across many years of using both sites. If you're using your regular browser for cashback referrals, or probably any method other than what I just described, you're inviting tracking conflicts which are out of their control.

Quidco should be ashamed for bringing out this BS offer every other week. 1) The associated transaction with this BONUS NEVER tracks (despite other transactions tracking ok) 2) The manual claim NEVER gets resolved This is just the same old tricks employed by the shameless Quidco management to get commission coming in for them, while paying out nothing to the customers. I have asked Quidco time and time again for transparency for all tracking, to which you get a wall of silence. Quidco will continue throwing these offers out and you can guarantee they will never track. Cold.

It really is getting boring with folks complaining of not getting paid. The other 99% of us don't want to know.

More chance of England winning the World Cup this year than Quidco actually paying out ;)

Free fiver sounds good to me. You can also get a boost by anything up to 25% if you withdraw as a gift voucher. I usually take it out as a zeek voucher with a large boost then get discounted gift cards with retailers so get multiple discounts out of it. Not much to complain about here.

My bonus was activated and my click through to the merchant was confirmed, but my order did not track and no bonus. I have had to raise a claim. On raising the claim, I could see the click through recorded exactly. The same has happened for the bonus on the 20th. Will see how Quidco handle this.

Mine always have done. Up to and including yesterday.

I had a Dunelm one declined and Quidco have advised that it was Dunelm who told them I had returned or cancelled said order but when I contacted Dunelm they said "I can confirm third party companies do not contact us regarding customer claims as the deal lies with them."

If it's not tracking on the website as £10 or more you won't qualify for the bonus. You always need to account for various retailers tracking lower than the actual spend due to the removal of VAT and/or delivery. I tend to reference my previous tracked transactions to learn how a retailer behaves to ensure I qualify for these promotions.

Honestly, F Quidco. Every time this BS Bonus is advertised, the transaction to fulfil the bonus NEVER EVER tracks. Despite regular transactions tracking, always fails on bonus amounts. The pathetic Quidco rep will no doubt reply with the "Clear your cookies" generic reply. There is Zero point in putting a manual claim in... It will sit on the virtual quidco shelf for 6 months, then they will reply with "the merchant cannot trace the transaction and we (quidco) can't be bothered to chase them because we (quidco) got our commission. The bonus is a complete joke and Quidco should be investigated for this fraudulent offer, because that is what it is.

Is Decathlon eligible? There's currently no cash back on offer but you can click through to it and make a purchase.

No just once but it would be nice if you could :)

TopCashBack is dreadful. I went through the same thought process about Quidco after a lot of declined transactions and failed appeals for substantial money - including being told I cancelled my booking (despite providing proof I didn't). TCB however rarely tracks, and is random whether it includes VAT or not - for the same product from the same retailer! Makes it difficult to know what to spend for bonus offers, if they work at all. Appeals never succeed. They even falsely advertise and allow you to sign up to bonus offers that you wouldn't actually qualify for so won't pay out. Terrible con merchants.
