Quorn - Buy any 2 for £3 @ Co-Op

I popped into my local Co-Op to top up on some of veggie stuff and noticed that they had pretty much the whole Quorn range (and also some of the Linda McCartney stuff) on offer. It's any 2 for £3. Doesn't sound great? Well it also includes the chicken roast joints by Quorn which are £2.99 on their own usually so is actually pretty good if you stock up on them. These usually get excluded due to the typical price.

I am assuming it's National. I will try and get more details the next time I pop in - but it looked like all the Quorn Range was included as well as some of the other branded Veggie stuff.

I've heard that "Quorn" gives you enough wind to blow the sheets off the bed. True ?

Been living off of Quorn, eggs and some of Linnda Mccartneys stuff for the past 2 months along with nutritional protein shakes to try and get in shape, and I haven't noticed any gas, you do visit the toilet less though which means you have to sort of force it out when you are in fact in the toilet. Just drink over 2l of water a day and you feel fine tbh, I've shed 15lb in about 2 months and only been going to gym (weight training) for the last month, the food is super filling due to high protein count. Great way to lose weight.

True for some. Packaging does warn that some people may have an intolerance to the product. I have eaten lots of Quorn products over the last year with no ill effects. Not always my preference though - the Tesco meat-free mince is pretty good and the Cauldron vegetarian Sausages are fabulous but a little pricey...

Excellent, love the swedish style meat balls.
