1. People who want to use existing recipes
2. People who want to transition from a meat to meat-free diet
3. People who want to eat with other people without getting loads of questions
4. People who like the taste of meat, but not the other aspects around it.
5. People who eat meat but want to fit something healthier into their diet

People who say this taste crap, obviously can't cook , it tastes as good as you make it, and it is healthier that meat .

Struggling to understand the logic of your sentence. Bad vegan diets can cause anaemia. What has that got to do with Quorn? If you want to find out why Quorn is healther than meat, perhaps try Googling the vast number of studies. The China Study is probably a good start.

So you don't have JUST ONE reason.

So you don't have JUST ONE reason.

Exactly. There isn't one, there's a huge number of reasons which you can find in minutes on Google. Do you need someone to do this for you? If you want a little help getting started, The China Study (the largest health study ever conducted at the time) identified a protein that is high in meats (and dairy), casein, which is strongly correlated with many major diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
