Tesco today have obviously been taking suggestions from the Best Buy special offers handbook and I snapped this one today.

Gotta love the attention Tesco have to their IT systems that allow these glitches through.........

Can we see if I can get this thread voted the coldest deal ever please!!

and 3 for £2.40 etc

Though it's good to laugh at them, they aren't as stupid as they look.

Let's say you want to buy one of those and another bottle in the offer priced at £1.10. Using this offer, the total cost will be £1.60. Had this not been in the offer, you would be paying £1.90.

That's why Tesco's IT system "allows these glitches" through.

I had this the other day on a 4pt of semi-skimmed milk. It said was £1.16, now £1.16 lol.

is it my eyesight or does it say

"offer ends" - 14 / 09 / 2010

Don't tesco normally list all the products available for the offer on the yellow label? meaning that this is the only drink in the offer.

Ah, if that's the case I take it back then. I thought the generic "2 for X" offers were just placed on all the labels applicable - but I don't shop in Tescos very often any more so you could be right.

This is normally the case for most of the price glitches found though.

There would be no need for the 'any' if that were the case.
