Pixmania *is* absolute **** though. Pay more to get a proper company based in the country (calling themselves Pixmania "UK" is just taking the ****).

I've been trying to RMA a card I bought last September and it's been about a month of emails back and forth (but mainly silence) trying to get some returns coupon code or whatever off them.

Those review sites are rubbish as no one really posts unless they have a terrible experience.

There are always going to be people who have nightmare experiences when you have a company that serves hundreds if not thousands daily.

Here I see ebuyer praised as some sort of retailer saviour yet they still only get .5 more stars than OcUK.
