Be careful buying these! I bought one for my lounge direct from the supplier took me 3 goes to get one not damaged bought another locally same problem..really damaged. Having bought a bed from Groupon it was completely not as described and ended up using resolver to sort id not buy anything again I couldn't easily post back. ( They wanted me to return it at my cost to Switzerland..a bed!) I really had a fight with them. So you're warned! 😏

I always review the company you'd be ordering from as you find with any site like groupon, wowcher etc they always use really cheap companies with pretty shoddy furniture
This is actually very good for the money. I ordered one and it arrived fast.

Exactly.

Utterly pointless.
I have one of these from Groupon. They are fantastic value for money. It arrived on time, well packaged and easy to assemble.

I don’t have any but they could be useful for stopping young toddlers getting burnt if they fall into the radiator.

Burnt?! Blimey... My radiators get hot to the touch but not hot enough to cause an actual burn unless you held the skin against it for many seconds.
I think you need to turn your radiators down mate!

My radiators are fine and uncovered but I would imagine their skin is more sensitive than ours. I’m not saying they will receive an actual visible lasting burn to the skin but it will certainly hurt them more than if they simply fell into a covered radiator and not make direct contact with something at 70+ degC.

Im really sorry. I just had such a dreadful time the mattress they sent was shocking really cheap and nasty and it said memory foam on the ad. They were still advertising it weeks after. Paypal said they would pay postage but to return a mattress to Switzerland? In the end I think I got £20 back...I tried everything. Dreadful. Please don't put off posting tho!!! 😘

As A childminder they said we needed them I seem to recall..
The house we moved into seven years ago had one of these made of MDF over every radiator. They're bloody annoying and stifle 50% of the heat output. I'd rip them all out but I'd have to redecorate and probably replace all the radiators too because they're ugly cheap crappy models. Avoid avoid avoid.

Oh and kids won't get burned by a painted radiator unless you have they system at insanely high heat and/or they lean against it for 3+ seconds. This DOES NOT APPLY to chrome towel rails which can cause a nasty blister in less than a second because they conduct heat to flesh much much faster. We learned that lesson the hard way.
