Jush has noticed Hut group have reduced this collectors edition, which has a generous 2 CDs and a DVD.

When Radiohead initially burst on to the British indie scene with 'Pablo Honey' in 1993, few would have imagined that they would become one of the most lauded bands of their generation. The adventurous recordings the band would later make show their roots on this debut record, with Thom Yorke's falsetto hiding behind an adolescent growl and Jonny Greenwood's guitar histrionics masked by grungy distortion. Alongside the original album (which spawned the monster hit 'Creep'), this Collector's Edition includes demo recordings, BBC sessions and live tracks - an essential purchase for those looking to discover more about the inception of one of rock's most important bands.

Yep

Cheers Andy. Been waiting for this and HTTT to drop to a reasonable price.

Here's hoping that a combination of Zavvi & the postie don't smash it to pieces oO

Gotta buy this despite having everything on the first disc and the DVD... it's disc two I want (I even have most of those tracks in mp3)!

Now, when is all the other 2CD+DVD boxes going to come down to this price?!?!?!

I saw this yesterday. I was tempted... but it's Zavvi (aka TheHUT). I always have troubles when I order CDs from them.

Personally, I think I'd rather pay the extra 74p and buy from Base.com (and their affiliate sites).

I've never had any probs with Zavvi so I never understand all the complaints... oh well, there's always a first time for everything! :P

Ordered Hail to the Thief SE on Sunday and arrived in perfect condition today, nothing to fault in my eyes

Did you get it at a good price? It's my favourite Radiohead album and would love to have the 2CD+DVD edition...

The second disc of Hail to the Thief is just Com Lag, cheeky! From memory I think that the second cd of Pablo Honey is either Itch or a legal version of Paragons of Virtue...

The second "Pablo" disc is their debut "Drill EP" on the first four tracks, as far as I know all the b-sides from that era and the last four tracks are the BBC Evening Session from 1992...

The bonus disc on "Hail" is indeed "COM LAG" plus
"There There" [first demo]
"Sail To The Moon" [live on BBC Radio 1's Jo Whiley's Live Lounge, 28th May 2003]
"Go To Sleep" [live on Zane Lowe, 8th December 2003]

Worth having if you don't have "COM LAG"... shame they didn't fill out the DVDs more on these releases!

Shame there was nothing new apart from the radio sessions (I don't think they were offically released on CD before), I bet there's a ton of other stuff in the vaults. They missed off the Tinnitus mix of Stupid Cars too.

I assumed there'd be some missing tracks... how about a box set to mop up the rest?! Right back to when they were called On A Friday?! Can only hope EMI (and Radiohead) go for it someday... until then I suppose these sets save the hassle of trying to buy up the singles separately Drill EP Buy It Now £120!

There's a "Mosely Shoals" deluxe edition out... once again loads of b-sides etc, will be a while until it comes down to these prices!

Did you hear the comments that Sara Coz made about Thom Yorke on Eurovision last night? Priceless...

No Dude, what did she say?.

Heat on the deal by the way!

Sara Cox, not Coz, obviously...

She was talking about one of the acts, Denmark I think, she said they were influenced by Thom Yorke and that she was sure he was delighted by this and as she knew he'd be watching 'Hello Thom". The whole programme seemed to be an excuse to take the mick out of everyone but heap praise on Jedward and Blue, but how she managed to squeeze in a Radiohead reference was quite funny.

Jedward and Blue, musical geniuses. Not!
