Hi,

so according to here (similar watch and rrp) rado.com/col…162 its 'high tec' stainless and not much else. Most decent watches have SCrystal faces. What's the deal with Rado? and how can they charge £1600 or ewven £700 for what looks a normal/average watch? Are they handmade and numbered or just a rip off? Enlighten me

My understanding is that RADO justify their pricing on the back of the fact that the majority of their watches (excluding this one) are built using expensive and extremely hardwearing ceramic componentry.
Realistically this is a fashion watch, that some people will find attractive and not mind paying a premium price for a recognised brand.
My father has a Rado Ceramica 193.0324.3 Diastar and when its on its beautiful. The ceramic black makes it look like a piece of jewellery when it shines in the light. Very nice
Does this have DAB+?
is this mens or womens?

Similar one here - albeit non UK. Does work out as £480 plus shipping. Case size 38mmx31mm

I have worn a Rado watch for many years and I love it - it is far better than another 'premium' brand that I have. It still looks brand new. It is really comfortable, so light that you can't feel it, is slim and elegant, (albeit it that mine has a far simpler face than this one.)
