The only time I've ever seen an issue myself was when I didn't pre clean the windows properly. Every other time its been excellent?

I've been using this stuff for over 3 years, still got 1/2 bottle left. Wonderful stuff and I recommended it to my colleagues as well.

yep use this on my civic good stuff

I bought some recently, but can't really see the point of it. It made a SLIGHT difference to rain on windscreen, but what is the real benefit of that? - need to use windscreen wipers slightly less often, so does it save ALL THAT EFFORT to turn the windscreen wipers on - as it can't be a saving on less wear on windscreen wipers?
But my real reason for buying was to try and avoid condensation on the OUTSIDE of new windows as somebody said it may help. I know it clearly states on product for 'use on car windows' and just so you know IT DOES NOT WORK ON CONDENSATION ON THE OUTSIDE OF HOUSE WINDOWS! (think it needs 'wind' to blow the rain away!)
I bought it when TWO for 6.99 at Halfords in October ... so now I have 2 useless bottles! LOL

Same thing happened to me and I blamed to product, however after watching this video the second time I did it meant that I didn't need to use the wipers at all when going over 50ish mph. youtube.com/wat…iV4

Think the key is to clean the glass well, apply two coats and make sure its buffed out.

I swear by the stuff, it's fantastic! When there has been rain it visibly cleans your cars windows if you've left it out in it! It also prevents frost in the winter. The only word of warning I would give, if you get a stone chip in your windscreen never get any Rain-X in it before having it repaired as it stops it from being fixed (to avoid that pop your finger over the chip when applying & coat around it).
