will take a look in the Farnborough store today

Heat.

not in south bank store near boro

Anyone know if these are suitable for helmet visors? (yes, I know they're plastic and not glass before someone corrects me)

Hot hot hot. This stuff is invaluable. You don't miss it until you have had it on your windscreen then you can't go back! Driving through the rain with no wipers on is quite fun

RainX is not suitable for acrylic, causes it to craze.

It tends to leave a smear which you get used to but crystal clear driving experience its not.

Quite a surreal experience driving down the motorway with raindrops crawling up your windscreen.

Is that a local or nationwide deal?

Ohhh tempted to get some for my car!! I don't have a rear windscreen wiper so this may be pretty good for the rear.

Is this suitable for cars? (sorry of that sounds daft)
Doesn't damage the paintwork etc?

not much good on rear screen unless you drive everywhere in reverse. Excellent on windsreen though

this is made for cars especially windscreens. don't think it would be any good for rear screens as you need to be driving into air to repel the water. it doesn't work well under 40 mph. this also doesn't work as well at repelling water as the proper rainx which costs £6 ish

This isn't the proper Rain X - this is their glass cleaner with a small concentration of the repellant included.

It will not do the same job.

This really is a bargain and I will be looking in my local Asda later. Although its not as effective as normal RainX (which is no where near as effective as nanolex) it is far easier to apply and not only does it help the rain sheet off of your windscreen, it also stops insects sticking to your screen in the summer.

Bought a bottle when it was £2 and went back for another. Cleans the car windows with ease and I have found it to be almost as effective a month later without having to reapply. Makes de-iceing much easier too!

I have used the normal RainX before and I can't say I can tell all that much different in it's effectiveness or longevity....but easier to apply and cleans at the same time. Hot from me.

I used to use Rain X until a car mechanic told me that that kind of stuff eventually spoils your windscreen - in the sense that your wiper blades won't work properly after awhile.

Will try to get some but local asda never seems to have any deals I have seen on HUKD

Might be good for use with a glass shower screen

Need to get some of this, hope it's this price in my local

Maybe it was the mini guns.

Will look out for this tomorrow

I think it is good stuff. I spray on the windscreen and then use wipers. This cleans the wiper blades at the same time and saves using a cloth or tissue or newspaper to clean the screen

i hate rain.
yes it is awful, terrible, especially to see water on my windows, disgusting.
Love this product!!!

we have to toxify this world more and more with the use of more and more un-necessary cleaning products.
