Found 23rd Mar
I’ve just got my old PC up and running to try out Siege (I’m addicted to it on Xbox)

I’ve just installed Steam and I’m pleased to see they have up to 40% off. I’m sorry if this is a common discount. Never used Steam before so not sure!

Standard Edition £26.24 (25%)
Advanced Edition £23.99 (40%)
Gold Edition £40.19 (40%)
Complete £57.59 (40%)

Offer ends 26.03.18

Hope that helps save someone £’s

What's your specs? Also, Steam offer a refund if you play less than 2 hours, so if it doesn't work, just get a refund.
Heat for the price.

All my friends are playing Siege and it's definitely the shooter on the up right now alongside Fortnite, however it's pricing system puts me off completely. A game similar like CSGO is £11 without sale and drops to around a £5, with new maps and operations every now and then which can be played for drops for a few quid.

This game on the other hand has multiple versions which give you more unlocks/currencies (big no no for me), and the more you spend the more access you get. And even the price of entry is more than I've ever spent on my 2500+ hours of CS!

Sorry to be a hater, but it blows my mind when my friends are telling me "it's free you can unlock all the operators over time! ...oh sweet the Year 3 pass is out and it's only £30! Sold!"

Thanks Ian, that’s good to know.

I built it a while ago now. It’s a AMD Phenom II X4 with AMD Radeon HD 5700 but only 4Gb RAM.

I’ll get the ram upgraded this week. I’ve genuinely no idea how far PC’s have moved since I built this!
I'd mention in the title that it's the Advanced Edition OP.

You don't need to spend a penny with siege once you've bought it. I've played since day 1 and never spent anything. I play about 2 hours a night and easily earn enough renown (in game currency) to purchase the new operators when they come out. Granted, the season pass gets you early access to the new operators and they unlock automatically, but that's completely up to you if you want to pay that price. You also earn alpha packs (loot boxes) along the way for skins. I wouldn't let the pricing past the initial cost put you off the game at all
Good luck on PC OP just remember to type "GG EZ" and "git gud" after every win and you'll fit right in
