Seventy quid - ho, ho, ho!

Worth all of a fiver unless you're mug enough to think the label is worth another £65!

Polo shirts have been done. They are bordering on the chav now.

Don't worry, I'm sure the kind of shops that your sort shop in will have a sale. Google 'Matalan clearance discount cheap tack rammell' and see what comes up. Here to help.

Nothing has changed. I'm not saying I bought them, but they are just there. They look exactly the same. Cheap ****

I bought 5 polo shirts from New Jersey for £5 each. We get ripped off on American brands in the UK.

Mega hot for me,Thanks op

I don't "wear brands". Sporting a brand name for the sake of it has never appealed.

String vests are set make a comeback in 2015.

Couldn't find anything for me...

brands, rightly or wrongly, often have an association with quality and sometimes a specific style. often the price premium outweighs the increment in quality but alot of people are prepared to pay a premium . its rarely 'for the sake of it'. you seem spiteful of people who'd rather spend £25 on a RL polo as opposed to something similarly priced from Next or Marks and Spencers?

When shopping for clothes, the main things to look for are: fit, style, material. Everything else is superfluous, just so happens that some brands have a fit and style a lot of people like. Material is the most important factor and often the most overlooked.

But why are people prepared to pay that premium? Call me a cynic but I'm not so sure people would buy it if it didn't have the little pony on the chest......or is that the detail that really completes the look?

As much as I would like to agree with you, and at some point I actually do, RL shirts and polos, or Lacoste to give another similar priced brand are made of superior cotton. Take a look on ebay to see how easy people sell used shirts for above £20. The reason is, they don't fade, rip, tear, loose shape etc. The branding, is so small and not intrusive, why would you be annoyed by it? You could buy a £50 Tyrwhitt polo but the quality is not there so why not add another £20? I'm not saying I would it's just the fact that this brand delivers quality. It's not an empty, self inflated brand. Now, the chavs have been and will be in this world forever, would you fear to identify yourself with them just because you buy the same shirt? how about the complete outfit? attitude and character?

Unfortunately this particular item cannot be purchased due to having no price noooooooooooo

it doesn't annoy me at all. amuses more than anything. whilst i really struggle to believe that even the finest quality polo could ever be worth 70 squid, I suppose I wouldn't know as I've never owned one. No doubt there are people that buy this stuff purely based on their perception of quality - though I'm sure you'll agree that the majority do not.

Aeropostale. That's all I've gotta say. Better fit and higher quality materials at a third of the price. Boom. I bought a truckload of the stuff in New York but the online prices are still great for the quality.

Are there any mediums still available? I'm using the mobile site and I can't seem to add any items to my basket as they "have no price". Are people using the desktop version of the site facing the same problem?

Appears to be a browser problem.

Happened to me using the desktop version of Chrome, so I went to use the desktop version of Firefox and worked fine.

EDIT: Just tried it again, did not work. Turns out I was just lucky.

Go to Primark people. You are overpaying by £22 for a red horse and jockey.
