This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Morrisons have just launched a Ramadan food box, which is available to order from today and showing delivery for tomorrow at time of posting (new stock added daily if sells out). The box includes items such as dates and chicken breast fillets. Maybe of use if unable to get to a supermarket.

Please shop responsibly. As Coronavirus uncertainty develops, we are seeing a lot of community demand for basic household items. Please do consider others - we all need to work together to ensure everyone gets what they need. So please don’t stockpile, and perhaps offer to help older neighbours, family or friends by sourcing items for them.

A typical box may include:

  • 400g pack Madina Mixed Dates
  • 1.6kg - 2kg pack Shazans Select Peri Peri Chicken Platter
  • 650g pack Shazans Select Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 750g Jar Indus Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 500g pack Shalimar Raw Almonds
  • 1kg KTC Hot & Spicy Chicken Fry Mix
  • 80g pack Rajah Chicken Masala
  • 80g pack Rajah Chaat Masala
  • 1 litre Rubicon Mango Juice Drink
  • 1 litre Laila Piri Piri Sauce
  • 4 pack Medium Onions
  • 1kg bag Baby New Potatoes
  • 1kg pot Lancashire Farm Natural Bio Yogurt
  • 2 packs Morrisons 6 Stonebaked White Pitta
  • 1 pack Morrisons 6 Stonebaked Wholemeal Pitta

Got to say, as a non-Muslim, that's a whole lot more of an interesting bundle of food than the Aldi equivalent. Voted hot.

All of these boxes seem overpriced for what they contain. They seem to be taking advantage of the situation.
Muslims aren't all into chaat masala and fry mixes. Should be Indian South Asian box.
Good variety but not every Muslim eats asian typical food in ramadan, I like the spices but it makes fasting harder the next day.

I agree, the Aldi one is atrocious in terms of selection.
Great box.
Essentialfoodbox.co.uk are also doing for similar price with option for Halal or non good selection there too. If it helps someone.
Thank you

Yeah I would much prefer this over what aldi had. Maybe they’ll start doing different selections.

A bit stereotypical
Nice Mix!
I think it's worth around about £30/£35.
All these food boxes are overpriced....talk about taking advantage.

I think this ramadan box is based on a certain stereotype.

maybe it is... but i still think its a nice gesture. besides who doesnt love chaat masala
Awesome! Thank you morrisons. This is most welcome for someone like my grandma. Thanks for posting the deal
This box provides a selection of essentials to help you create wholesome meals for all the family and make Ramadan at home a little easier.
adil17120/04/2020 12:34

Clearly you did

What I meant was, it’s abit cheeky of Morrison’s to stereotype food boxes. We all eat what we eat..right?
This isn't Islamic food, it's just Asian food for Muslims because it's Halal
Except the dates nothing Ramadani about other items.
This box will last for one meal in most asian households
voted Hot & Spicy

The same ones stock piling lol rolls?............
Morrisons veggie essentials box (they were out of the meat one) was awful. A bunch of random fake meats and various stuff that didn't go together in any sensible way. We were expecting tons of veg, lentils, beans, stuff like that. Not over priced pretend meat cocktail sausages and pretend meant burgers.
How is this being voted hot.. it doesn’t look like £35 worth of food to me
£35 seems absolutely extortionate for a quantity of food that would barely cover two meals in a family home. Can’t help but feel like Morrisons is taking advantage here, and can’t understand why this is getting hot.

I disagree. I got a £35 meat eaters box last week. I added up all the values of what was there and it's about right. Bearing in mind you're paying for DPD delivery as well. It was handy for me. Didn't feel ripped off but also didn't think it was a massive bargain either. Pic below shows what I received.

What a rip off. I like the idea but £35 worth it is definitely not! Even including delivery.
