Rampage: Total Destruction offers a fresh take on an arcade classic complete with
everyone's favorite monsters: George, Lizzie, and Ralph, along with a variety of new monsters to collect and play. Virtually everything in the environment can be damaged, broken, and utterly destroyed with plenty of hilarious results. Aided by power-ups, the Rampage: Total Destruction monsters are capable of acquiring a number of upgrades throughout the course of a single campaign. Players can annihilate cities all over the world in either one or two player mode in this reinvention of the Midway classic.

Collectible Monsters - One of the new features being introduced in Rampage: Total Destruction is collectable monsters. In addition to the 3 original monsters from Rampage, George, Lizzie and Ralph, the player will be able to find, unlock, and play over 20 collectable monsters.

Interactive 3D Environments - Rampage: Total Destruction consists of levels that allow monsters to walk through the streets, alleys, sidewalks and go between buildings. While scaling the city limits monsters will not only be able to destroy all buildings but they'll be able to pick up and throw various objects such as cars and helicopters to cause damage on either buildings or their battle opponents.

New Game Play Mechanics - Rampage Rage Meters - Each monster will have a health bar and a rage meter, as the monster does damage to the environment, his rage meter will gradually increase until it fills up and his super move is unleashed.

Heightened Levels of Destruction - The environments in Rampage: Total Destruction are designed and constructed to maximize the destruction experience. Rampage: Total Destruction includes 10 destructible cities all equipped with free roaming areas, just ripe for mayhem.

Multi-Player Game Play - The Rampage experience is always best when played with a friend. Rampage: Total Destruction will allow two players to compete or cooperate as they battle through the levels.

Hidden power-ups - this integral part of the Rampage series has been extended to include a wide range of power-ups: health, rage, score multipliers, damage multipliers, strength increasers, opponent freeze, speed ups and more!

Hot price but this game is pants, just awful.

Hey, this is never going to be hot, but a cheap kids game for Chrismas.

Get £8.00 exchange for it at gamestation using CEX pricematch so you can play it and make a pound !

Is this not like the original one then? as I loved that when i was a kid

Good price, thanks chante9997 Will make a good wee filler for Christmas!

This is a great game! It even includes the original arcade games - for £7.00, this is an absolute BARGAIN. A multiplayer game can last for ages, 4 of you smacking ten bells of s**t out of each other and the surroundings - how can that not be fun?

Worthy addition to the limited choice of 'keep going back for more' games on the Wii.

They also have Billy the Wizard (£8) on Wii and Trixie in Toyland (£9) on Wii - the cheapest by a few pounds at least, but the reviews are pretty dire so probably both best avoided.

i paid £30 in game 2 weeks ago for this and my son never plays it, its awful

Is it even worth hoping that this game is as good as the old Atari version? (which was freakin awesome by the way)

Agreed, just buy it for someone you don't really like :-D

No, they've "improved" it :x

Appalling game, which is disappointing as it was so good back in the 8 bit days.
I've not voted. It's a good price for the game if you really want it. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

Good game for the kids, it has original arcade version on there as well, quite repetitive though as all the various cities look pretty similar, but good fun for taking out your frustrations out on and for £6.99 well worth it (Don't forget Quidco as well)

I can't believe the amount of negative comments about this game, even at £7! It includes all the retro originals plus the new game...best played with more than one person, yes it can be slightly repetitive, but there's hours and hours of gameplay in there...far more than any of these recent AAA titles.

I just LOVED this on the Spectrum!!!

The problem with the game is the controls. The included original games are great because they use normal controls. The poor wiimote controls (the games fault not the wii) means most of the time the monster acts randomly. So a very badly developed game.

Buy it for the original arcade games not the main feature.
