Why waste 50p on proving a point when you can waste 29p? Apparently this counts with the whole chart thingy according to the rage against the x factor facebook page.

don't think it does, I've read people say it has to cost 40p to count.

already plenty of posts about this, and as the other threads say, it needs to cost 40p to count towards the chart

This doesn't count towards the chart! don't buy it! sorry, good offer but cold for me

Is this true about the 40p thing ??

So likes of Amazon, tesco etc are actually hindering the likes this of this and Joe ??

I think a lot of people may get caught out on this and go for the cheaper version thinking it will chart but it won't!

The non-explicit version is 79p at Amazon so I'm guessing it should count towards the charts, if that's your motive:

dont make guesses, amazon sales do not count

I don't really understand the whole "what counts and what doesn't count" when it comes to the charts. I was merely responding to the posts above who raised the 40p price limit issue. If Amazon sales don't count anyway, then the fact that it is under 40p is irrelevant!!!!!

According to the Facebook site it does count... :?

IT DOES NOT COUNT!!!!

According to the 5live discussion earlier, Amazon are losing money on downloads of this and the X Factor song but they still count.

Well unless Simon Cowell has hacked the Facebook site, it states on there that they had confirmed with Amazon that it does count. Looks like Amazon are using it as a loss leader (as well as the x-factor one)!
