Always pondered this game but you get quite a few bods I've spoke to who've played it reckon it's really complicated, no idea if they're just think or if that really is the case

Got a house full of relatives for Christmas this year so kind of fancy purchasing another board game or two, any recommendations for this one?

It's not particularly complicated but it's also not the greatest game ever. Good but not great.

If you've not already tried them give Ingenious, Blokus, Rummikub or Ticket to Ride a go, all better than this IMHO

Thanks for the reply, I haven't bought it yet though noticed it's still sat on the price of this deal.

We already got a few boardgames and got so much Lego in the Black Friday deals on John Lewis and even a Sphero BB 9E yesterday I sense we got enough to keep everyone occupied week after next.

God I'm dreading the house full, especially the baby going near any of my gadgets or my pride n joy telly which will be brand brand new again due to a warranty replacement by that time

Know exactly what you mean!

Classic.

Looks like a poor man's version of Fury of Dracula, which is one of the best board games ever made.

Got this a tiny bit cheaper during Black Friday. It's a good game and there's a simpler version of the rules you can use when playing with younger members of the family - both my 4 year old and 9 year old enjoyed it and we'll be playing it again this afternoon.

If you're looking for simpler but just as fun party style games (READ: Games that will hold the attention of people who have had a few drinks) for the relatives then you'd probably be better off with something like Codenames, Obama Llama, Cash N' Guns or One Night Ultimate Werewolf.

Blimey impressive list you've supplied me with there so I shall have an ickle look in to all them when I get home from work tonight.

The house full will consist of five young people, aged 17 to 25, and then the elders, two in our 40's and one in her 80's if that narrows down a best choice in your opinion
