It doesn't support wireless charging I guess?

What do you want for that price?
Messiah17/01/2020 20:23

What's the USB-C equivalent of this? Want something as light as this but …What's the USB-C equivalent of this? Want something as light as this but not cylindrical.

Would not a simple USB to USB-C cable do the same job?
1ks17/01/2020 17:19

Wireless powerbank.

Well make sure you get a big one!
Induction is a horribly inefficient way to transfer electrons compared to copper, over 50% of the capacity of a powerbank can be wasted in loss's due to induction. Not to mention the degradation of cells & components due to significantly increased temperatures! Don't be lazy, plug the bloody thing in! lawl jk ;-)

Hot! Good brand, excellent price £ per mAh.
Good price. This style with a microUSB charging port are probably starting to be sold off as the USB-C/PD models become more popular.
I bought one of these as a gift for someone just before Christmas... it's good value even at the regular price.
These power banks are physically a nice small size for the capacity, support smart charging and will fit into most handbags etc without feeling like you've put dropped a block of lead in it.... oh yeah, and you get a nice plush bag and 2 cables with it (only micro USB).
I have a few RAVPower devices as they're good quality and offer long warranties if you register your device with them.
Marry this power bank (or larger) up with a RAVPower portable folding solar panel and you can run your devices indefinitely from sunlight in the spring/summer/autumn months.

Any idea of roughly how long this one takes to charge up?
This is a far better deal and easier to move around with than the big brick from amazon last week! Grrr
370 seller ratings?

This is about the weight limit of being actually portable. Higher capacity banks are just too cumbersome to cart around. Well impressed with my ravpower chargers & batteries & this is a great price for what it is. Add another 50% for USBC etc elsewhere if that's your bag.

I agree .. I got two of these last year from Amazon. This is great deal.

I use them mainly on holidays but some may feel they can be a bit heavy if you're walking about a lot. So even though I have got two... I want a third smaller capacity one now but with decent storage too for lighter need days.

One of the ports shifted a bit inside one of mine whilst I had it connected up to something in a backpack though. Had only used it a couple times by then. It was pretty packed inside the backpack though so wasn't wisest moves to leave it plugged in when it was so full!

The other one has ended up with a fair bit of use whilst my teens sons phone was dying too and survived life with a teenager for a month or two no problem!

Not the same brand. It was with a promotion code. I'll see if I can get the link...

Why would you need to be Newton for something as simple as that. It wasn’t really a question, it would do the same job.

Sorry it was a gift so I don't know but I wouldn't have thought long if using a high current usb charger.

This is the item I got. Coming up as £21 with 35% voucher applied.

Seems like it was almost cheaper at full price before but with the -£14.39 (code) came down to £9.60

You are too modest. At that price you should also want it to vacuum your house

Sorry... Issue when I posted the link.

As mentioned I was luck enough to purchase it when it was £23.99 but with a code which brought it down to £9.60. Can't complain for 20000mah at that price

Agreed I don't think I have many things that still use micro USB left in the house anymore all lightning and USB C
Nothing exciting, they advertise it as 2010 Lidl product not for 2020 needs
