What can I do with the Razer Black Window?
Bigger isn’t always better, get everything you need in one compact package with this Razer Black Widow Tournament Edition keyboard. With mechanical switches, 60 million keystroke lifespan, anti-ghosting and fully programmable keys this is a lean and keen part of your gaming machine. With a reliable wired connection, 1ms response rate and 2m cable you can game without worrying about signal dropout or low power. Take with you wherever you go and keep it safe with the protective carry case and detachable keyboard.

What other features does the keyboard have?
With mechanical keys and 10 keys anti-ghosting this is the perfect keyboard for a fast paced adventure. Press up to 10 keys at the same time and have all of them register and with the mechanical keys 50g actuation force you get the tactile feedback to know exactly what was pressed. The Razer logo lights up with adjustable brightness showing a steady or pulsing light.

Can I customise the keys?
Customise your keyboard to have your favourite spells, weapons or macros at your fingertips. Record macros on the fly with an indicator light to let you know you are recording the keys. Build profiles in the Razer Synapse 2.0 and link them to specific games, profiles 0-9 can be set as shortcuts to your number keys. Use different keys to replace the need for a mouse or use the gaming mode to disable your windows key so it can never take you out of a game by accident. The multimedia keys let you manage your volume and mic volume separately from your keyboard as well as skip forwards, skip backwards, play/pause and mute. Know at a glance if your keyboard is powered, in gaming mode or is recording macros with the indicator lights

What is this keyboard compatible with?
The Black Window T.E. is compatible with 7, 8 and 10 and Mac OS X v10.8-10.11. The keyboard is compatible with the Razer Synapse 2.0 Software, for you to customise your key settings and create modes and profiles for your games. Reduce your keyboard size not your options.

I'm sure it's not a top tier mechanical but it's not a bad keyboard for the money (don't forget Maplins give a 10% NUS extra discount if you have a card)

Had one for 3 or 4 years. Excellent keyboard.

Comes with Greens which are nearly identical to MX Blues.

Used pretty much everyday.

I would say it's defeinitely a top Tier mechanical keyboard.

oh wow, Im so tempted. I just put a pre-order in for Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 with Yellow switches but thats £134.99. I think these have Green switches but for £39.99, might be worth a go?

Absolutely, unless you can't find a better way to spend £95 on something else

Just reserved the last one in London i think sorry boys

The custom green switches on this are very loud, possibly louder than the blue switches these are based off.
Good thing is, that the box this comes in has a little window where you can press one of the keys in order to get a feel for the tactile and noisy nature of the device.

And no, this is not a top tier keyboard.
Middle of the road is where this sits.

At that price though, this is a steal.

damn u, enjoy

nearest store 55 miles away. not sure it is worth the journey to canterbury

closest 79 miles away l o l

but i picked up yesterday 2 ROCCAT LUA mouse for 10 pounds each lol...happy days!

I'd snap this up if it had a numpad but that's a deal breaker for me

great deal if you managed to get it but closest to me is 75 miles away and says only 6 left in the country. How true that is I don't know but just what the website says when I checked.

Good luck peeps

Thanks I collected this from my local store today comes with a nice little carry bag with it as well.

Hot deal, shame about the unavailability of the product.

Yep, I've been really impressed with the product, like the carry bag and detachable braided cable and has a nice heavy feel to it (but then this is the first mechanical keyboard I've had since PCs came with the old original mechanical keyboards.

Tournament additions are more compact and don't have the numbpad.

Ultimate Edition is the full size.
