The new gtx 1660ti laptops are at a similar price range and perform much better than a 1060.

Would you kindly link me to a Razer Blade 15 with a 1660ti?

I’d trade some power for build quality, form factor and brand. Also buying from Amazon is good for piece of mind
Would you go for this or something more general like the Asus gtx 1060 deal for £779? amazon.co.uk/ASU…YZ/
Two very different offerings I know but keen to hear people’s thoughts.
Crappy small ssds mind. Razer is such a rip off.
Am I missing something or are all the cards max-q ? Its a pretty terrible deal if so tbh

'some'? The 1660ti is 50% more powerful than a max Q 1060 in most games. This is far too expensive for a 3 year old 1060

Yes I would rather trade that exact amount of power. 1060 still looks great, particularly in esports titles

Brand - Fine. The rest I am not so sure.

Plus how good is warranty with Amazon warehouse?

I have a 1060 Asus laptop, cost me £699 on prime day 2018. Granted it's only a Quad-Core i5 and 120hz screen but if a similar spec is now worth £1200 second hand I might take mine down antiques roadshow.

1060 is showing its age now, on release back in 2016 it pretty much made mince meat of any game at 1080 and play at 60+ FPS. Now you need to drop the settings back.

Might as well go for something like a HP envy with a 1050 or a second hand surface book, much nicer laptop, has decent battery life and just as suitable for eSports titles where you'll just put all the settings on minimum

Fair enough. I play modern titles with decent graphics on my 1080Ti desktop, which does the job for me. I really don’t think it matters about high end graphics on a relatively small 15” laptop screen, so a 1060 is perfectly fine. If this is your only gaming system then yeah, sure, go for something with more oomph if that’s what you want

I’ve had good experiences with returns. I’m sure the next person will have had the absolute worst experience from hell through them.... 🙈
bit off topic, but If someone from London would be interested, I've got Asus ROG G703GI-E5005R like brand new for s**e

I bought a laptop from warehouse last years prime day and returned it in june (last month), told em about my issues got a full refund no questions asked. Amazon customer service is

Decent price, but the 2019 advanced model with rtx 2070 maxq is has some warehouse stock for about 1500 - if you're going to pay this much out might as well stretch a little further for the latest model
