RazorPit Razor blade sharpener with free Gillette Fusion razor, while stocks last.

"Mankind are proud to launch exclusively in the UK: Razorpit; the revolution that will change your shaving experience and furthermore, decrease the expenses related to it.
For men who want to ensure their razors shave better and last longer. This sharpener is a small silicone plate that within the a few seconds sharpens razor blades, making them as good as new. Just a few strokes on the RazorPit are enough to extend the life of blades for up to 150 shaves. It removes soap coverings, skin and hair that sticks to the cutter blade and makes them dull. RazorPit is imperishable and by extending the razor blades life, you can do your bit for the environment and save yourself money because you do not need to throw them away as often.

Compatible with 95% of all razors
Razorpit is compatible with practically every shaver/razor on the market today. E.g. Gillette Mach 3, Gillette Mach 3 Turbo, Gillette Mach 3 Power, Gillette Mach 3 Power Turbo, Gillette Fusion, Gillette Fusion Power, Gillette Fusion Stealth, Gillette Venus, Gillette Venus Devine, Gillette Vibrance, All Wilkinson and a long list of other brands and models."

Apparently it does work rather well so I'm hoping in the long run that it will save a lot of money.

The Quidco is in the title

Have seen this before - intrigued to know if it works as Gillette are taking the **** with their blade prices - anyone using one?

Look at the reviews in the product link. This looks like a way for men to save a lot of money. I spend a lot on Fusion blades and this looks like it does do a good job of extending their life. Hot!!!!

reading the blurb - this isnt a sharpener but something that cleans your shaver blades which they say will extend the life .

so buy yourself some silicon material and use that to clean your blades after shaving following the method they suggest .. and it will work out much much cheaper than this item.

"Apparently," according to several USER reviewers on the original retailer site, it doesn't! (scroll down, or you won't see them)

The site you quote is not a user review, but a commercial review, need I Say more?

I think that leaves this firmly in the "probably not" category! :-(

Yes you do see to have to scroll a long way down to get to the one star reivews, there are a lot of 5* ones you have to get past first. I also read some of the posts in the forum of the retailer and there were some good views of it in there too. I will wait and see anyway because mine has been posted.

My guess is if you use this in conjunction with the sharpening technique on jeans it will be amazing. I've been sharpening blades on my jeans for the past year and I've only just moved on to my 3rd one.

I thought everyone did this...i just did it out of natural reaction to clean the blade, but apparently its a lifehack? how do you guys clean the blades otherwise? or do you just throw them away and buy new ones...i'd imagine the silicone sheet is just like rubbing it on your jeans anyway.
