Just been into Manchester Arndale Centre and Poundland are selling a pack of 2 rechargable batteries Ni-MH for £1.00.
There were packs of AA and AAA.
The AAA are precharged and ready for use and both sizes can be charged upto 1000 times.

I thought they were worth trying for £1.

from pic they have tiny capacity
800mAh for AA and 380 or 300 or 380 for AAA
per mAh not a saving and for convenience wont be
guess someone may have a use for them though
definitely precharged? cant see written on packet anyway..

I bought a pack a couple of weeks ago out of curosity but never opened the pack, esp since I took advantage of the eneloop deal.

Voted Hot by me as I have bought these for all the cordless phones at home and they are great.
