Wow, Wickes in Crewe have got real Christmas trees (Nordman Fir - Low Needle Drop) in stock for just £24.99. They’re only meant to be 6-7ft but mines more like 8.5ft.
They’re great quality too but they’ve only got a few!

I'm going to hijack this deal to ask a question - does anyone know of a place that sells some miniature trees? The Mrs's wants a real tree this year, but we only live in a studio flat atm.

They will be dead by Christmas! Who in their right mind would want a Christmas tree in November

wow another fella from crewe

what a rare find

I bought one from wickes last year, put it up around 6th December and lasted really well

Try the places that sell by the road, or from the fields/farm sellers

Not necessarily, keep it watered, and don't put it next to a radiator. Any half decent tree will last.

Always buy ours now. Most have already been cut. Cut end off. Keep outside in bucket of water. Last ages.

After trecking around several stores last year and being surprised at how expensive real trees had become. We eventually got ours from Wickes. The tree looked nicer than the store next door selling them for twice as much, it was very large and it barely dropped a needle for the month it was up. Suffice to say we'll be getting it from here again this year...

All of that said, it isn't even December yet so it's way too early for these...

But why would you want one inside in November?
