Seems a very good price to me for this size of RUBs. There are also some active Staples vouchers at the moment for £10 off order over £80 or £10 off orders over £100 - so potentially can get 8 boxes for £70 delivered, which works out at £8.75 per box

I did my best to help Staples reclaim some warehouse space as I recently bought 20 of them to organise stuff in my loft :-). I first ordered ten and they sent the boxes as 10 individual parcels(!), then I ordered another ten and that time they sent them as a single pallet delivery.

I agree that they are pretty big, which luckily is what I wanted.

Can I ask if any of your RUB's were damaged in transit? Whenever I've bought them in-store I've encountered a few that are badly scratched or with busted lids so I'm a bit worried about having them delivered.

I was a bit worried about this too, but I can confirm that all 20 RUBs arrived without any damage whatsoever. Each of the RUBs was packed inside its own cardboard box (so I've now got 20 big cardboard boxes too!), which although a little flimsy would have protected them from any surface scratches in transit, if not a large impact. Luckily each of the courier companies they used treated the cardboard boxes well enough that the RUBs didn't suffer any cracks, chips or similar.

How useful are these boxes?

But don't they have big holes in the bottom of them ?

These are great quality. I ordered four a couple of days ago and have a few of the 84 L ones.

They are nice and sturdy and I like the fact they have straight sides as stuff stacks nicely.

299000262 will get you 10% off if you spend £60. Although for some reason six boxes comes in at £59.98 so you'll need to add 7 boxes or something else to bump the order by a few pence.

These were 2 for 20 in office outlet the other week, they had a lot. Seems like a good deal.

Not holes, spider doors!

Anyone know how usable/practical these are for storing vinyl's?...I need to organise my record collection and put away those that I don't currently play much. Thanks.

If you happen to be anywhere near Doncaster (and assuming he's still there - someone might be able to confirm), there's a bloke that sells the slight seconds (usually just slightly off colour) at Keepmoat car boot on a Sunday morning, 3 for a tenner for these really big ones, and cheaper for smaller sizes.

You use the brown paper inside the box once you have removed the plastic bag......it's not rocket science.
(the bananas dont fall out of the hole do they?)
