    You can flash Indonesia or Indian version miui which retains miui message and call apps. That's what I do. The drawback is you would lose NFC function to pay.

    Indonesian Rom is your best bet. Indian Rom also has google phone and message. I can confirm this as i've got Mi 11 ultra (with NFC) and Redmi Note 10 pro max (without NFC) with indian rom. NFC on mi 11 ultra is working great in the UK without any issue.

    I preferred their own phone and messaging apps but I don't think they had a choice i.e. call recording could get them in trouble in some countries.

    For the record, the buds 3 are terrible. No bass and tinny as anything, great for podcast's, terrible for music.

    I got this for £109 via vodaphone deal PAYG few months back.

    Been using my works iPhone for years after my my Samsung galaxy passed away but decided it was about time I got a new personal phone with kids wanting to watch YouTube all the time.... All in all seems a great phone. Battery life and memory are amazing. The only negative I've got is the cameras are not great despite being higher MP than the iPhone7. Takes great crisp close up Photoshop in daylight but it struggles with night time or on full zoom. Photos are not crisp.... Unless someone can tell me I'm doing something wrong.

    Yep me too - can't vote this deal hot based on the Vodafone price. Typing on mine now and would never buy an iPhone again...my last 4 phones have all been redmi notes.

    I bought one if these a couple of months ago - it's been really good.
    Two days ago we had a blocked ditch that needed clearing. I was leaning over to get the crud out when there was a "plop". You've guessed - my new phone. It took a couple of minutes to find - in about 2 feet of muddy water. It still works - apparently these are truly waterproof!

    Pretty good - it's more plasticy than my old Motos, but the screen is good and I don't have any complaints about the software. The bonus was the waterproofing!
