How did this compare to the Xiaomi note 8 Pro?
Nice! Was looking at this

Revolt exchange would be £184 plus a bit for postage. That's saving £35 off the Amazon UK price..... so Heat!!!!!

The Realme has 90hz refresh rate and probably the better UI

The Note 8 Pro has gorilla glass 5 in the front & back

Other then that not much difference I don't think

8 pro also has 6gb RAM.
I got one of these to try out and liked it a lot. Realme UI is good. No notification weirdness like you get with MIUI and it's pretty clean overall. 4GB RAM didn't give me any issues. Screen is excellent for the price. Fingerprint sensor is lighting quick. Battery is great as it the charger (which is identical to the one you get with OnePlus phones). If you're on the fence I would say go for it.

Is the color os very similar to the oneplus oxygen os? Very tempted to get this for the 90hz screen. Not a big camera user so not worried about the mediocre one that this supposedly has

Pretty similar, yes. The multitasking and general animations are similar. The biggest difference would be the settings - there's way more options than Oxygen OS, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your preference.

Well yes i like options as long as they are useful one's rather than bloatware. I like a nice smooth experience when it comes to smartphones

I own Realem 6 for last 2 weeks and it's great. It gives you smooth experience even with 4gb ram version, I cant see any bloatware.

There were two or three bloatware apps from what I remember - Opera browser and some others but they're easily removable. It's the smoothest phone for under £250 new for sure.
This or Xiaomi Redmi 9s? That 90hz screen says this, what do you think?

I would go with this, less bloatware

I don't think you'll go wrong with either phone. In essence the hardware is slightly better on the 9s apart from the camera and software is slight better on the Realme plus it has the 90hz refresh rate & NFC
