    There is a comparison YouTube video. The Realme 8 seems to be a bit snappier due to the better optimisation. I’ve gone for this over the Redmi note 10 5g.

    @MrSwitch I have the Redmi Note 9 Pro, got to be honest, not really a fan having moved from the A1, A2 series. Bought the Mrs a Realme and she likes it but thinks the camera isn't great (hers is Realme 6)
    Is this worth the upgrade for me and/or her?

    Not giving an opinion either way, I guess the only ones that know the actual truth are the companies mentioned. But I always thought Xioami/redmi and Oppo/realme offer astonishing, almost unbelievable value when discounted, almost like they don't have much overheads?

    But as i say, do your own research on this.
