sorted byI have sent about 10 emails / live chats to Amazon Italy now and they refuse to help as I can't submit a photo with the product I received, and a piece of paper with my name and date on. Obviously my name is on the package, but with no date they won't help me. Amazon UK refuse to help, even though obviously it was switched in the UK as the greetings card is in English.
Have now submitted an online crime report and will go to my credit card.
