Seems fantastic specs for the price 🔥
Also no band 20. Note that the seller is opening the phone too (to flash it) - probably too much risk for me, but good specs for the money aside from these issues.
that's some bang for your buck...

It certainly is. I bought the 128GB version for £300 only a week ago so this is an absolutely corking price for these specs.

Mine is due this week hopefully, however I didn't buy from this seller, as it wasn't available at this price last week. Yes, from China.

Cracking deal for that much spec! I have the x50 CN model great phone but the playstore is a P.I.T.A but banking apps work fine for me, but would definitely prefer the global model,
Wow, that's a nuts price!

I know right.

Btw I have the same X50 model as you currently, what were your issues with Play out of curiosity?

Price seems too good to be true.
nice review here as well
Agree that this is a good price for those fully aware what they are buying (both the risk & the potential that they will have to tinker), BUT can we all remember that there are many reading who don't understand?

If you are not comfortable doing the following (and certainly if you don't know what they are) do not buy:

Flashing the phone manually with new software (i.e where the seller says may not get OTA updates, you may need to update manually).

Using a phone with a custom firmware that you have no idea of the safety/security of. I would go so far as saying your choice to use this phone could be looked at in any investigation by your bank should you suffer fraud.

Some good points you have there. Good enough to put me off the purchase anyway. Shame as it's probably the best phone deal I've ever seen on here
Heat for specs, unfortunately it's Chinese version

Only trying to prevent heartache - I once had a very worrying time (while on holiday actually) when I started getting you have hit your spending limit messages - the network reckoned I was texting 2 USA numbers - I wasn't, spent hours on the phone thinking it was their system with a crossed wire & it turned out to be that the Chinese phone was actually texting what would have been premium rate numbers in China - the software was called lucky win or similar & it was set as a system app, so without rooting, I had no choice but to avoid putting a SIM in it (it went in that drawer) - I didn't buy a Chinese phone for years until I dipped my toe with Xiaomi & for a long while that was the only Chinese (direct from China) brand I would consider - I am still nervous to try another brand - could be why I have not pulled the trigger on a Realme 6 yet.

It may be fine 99% of the time, just I feel that we must warn those who otherwise would take the risk blindly.

Chinese version will have no Google playstore , might not have the option for english , could have network compatible issues, might need to flash a custom rom, its s bit risky to buy
Hi, guys. How do you get this price, I only see 599USD
I got a message from the seller asking me to cancel the order. Some excuse about production times - bit odd.

Its probably more likely he's noticed a pricing error and wants out of the deal.
It's £477.78 now

That's what I thought was more likely, yeah. I had a feeling it was that in the first place but figured I'd take a punt on the off chance they actually honoured it!

Was definitely worth a shot.
My experience is if you choose not to cancel you'll be in a stalemate for weeks.
I'd maybe be tempted to say I'd be happy to wait for stock 😁 but he's never going to send it, he'll probably offer a small percentage discount against a future purchase which you'll never use.
They don't like to cancel from their end, it looks bad for them. They want you to cancel.
Good luck
this or poco x3 nfc?
Yep, they've put the price up, I'll expire this. Shame.

Sorry to hear that. I haven't experienced that but maybe try (at your own risk disclaimer ) installing the latest version of Google Play and Google Play Services from the apk mirror site to see if it helps resolve that for you? It helped solve some glitches with the Now TV app and Chrome not installing for me.

No worries, it's not the easiest to know what to click on is it. At your own risk, the following may help:

1. On apkmirror.com/apk…se/ scroll down until you see

" 203915039 APK
October 3, 2020 arm64-v8a + armeabi-v7a Android 10+ 480dpi"

2. Click on the red text number 203915039 which will load the sub-page for that APK

3. Scroll down until you see the red "Download APK" button, this will start the download onto your phone.

4. You then see the following screens, once the download has completed tap it to install it on your phone:

Follow the same process for the Google Play APK install of the latest version from:

Hello. Unfortunately voice activation specifically, of Google Assistant app is the one feature I've not been able to get to work on this handset, Realme Ui 1.0 on the China editions doesn't appear to offer support for selecting Google Assistant wake up by voice. The only place I could find it referred to it's below and you'll see it's greyed out

I assume the China editions of this handset do this to push Realme's native voice assistant. 'Breeno'.

I don't know if the UK/@Europe editions of Realme's phones support it as I've not used a UK model, others here may know more.

Perhaps Realme Ui 2.0 will enable it when it's rolled out, but I suspect not.
