Same here, and Sainsburys too - they both refused to deliver to anyone who wasn't already an online customer, which included me and - in the case of Sainsburys - my 88 year old mother in law who'd been a loyal in-store shopper for the last 40 years. Meanwhile friends who were fit & healthy and not shielding were getting invitations to place online orders!

Tesco, Asda, Iceland, Morrisons and Waitrose stepped in and saw me right. I've had lots of emails from Ocado and Sainsburys since everything calmed down a bit, offering me various things and asking when I'm going to make an order. The answer is never, if I wasn't good enough for you when I needed you, you're not getting my custom now

You won't unless you added them when you ordered. You have to add them manually at checkout, they do not automatically come with your delivery
Finished my order around and hour ago and was surprised to get this free as others say, it was the last step before paying and I had to add a free pack to my order
Thanks op! Just went back in to edit my order. :-)

Completely agree they taste really bad since going veggie, I tried them twice since them both time I dumped them in the bin after trying a few, now I don't buy them anymore
Can’t believe Ocado still don’t have their app back online. If it wasn’t for the delivery pass I’d be off to waitrose

It offered this to me at checkout as a free gift. So glad the app is back in the AppStore. Missed it so much. Kids love percypigs. Thanks wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

You’re lucky they’re letting you use the app... I’m jealous!!! I’m on ‘the list’
M&S is so so so much worse that waitrose, Haven't used Ocado since Waitrose do their own delivery now.
Pink lives matter
Isn't this a subliminal message to Waitrose that you were too greedy.
They can keep them, they have a minging after taste!
£1.65?!

You’re lucky! It’s a phased return... in any case it was unbelievable they had to turn it off. Everyone else coped and Ocado are meant to be the tech supermarket

Still a godsend having groceries delivered

What do you prefer about Waitrose? In my experience, I always thought M&S had the best quality fresh stuff from the bakery and I always liked their £10 meal deal. I used to live right next to a Waitrose and I thought it was just more expensive for the same quality of stuff as any other supermarket
This isn't just a pig, this is an M&S Percy Pig.

Heat added OP 🔥

It's a shame that so many vegetarian/vegan friendly deals on HUKD attract negative comments like this one.

Don't Waitrose have more variety of food and other shopping items etc? Can people do an actual proper shop exclusively at M&S?

Waitrose has gone downhill in the last year. Their meat is poor. I much prefer M&S now.
As Ocado is about 10-30% “overpriced” on a big shop...it’s not really a “freebie”.
That said if you are buying from there anyway then why not claim it!

Ocado price match with Tesco and if over sends a voucher for the difference back through email.
£1.65 a bag wow !

to be fair, I wouldn't really do a big shop in either, I haven't made it that far in life yet But you're right about variety and being able to get unusal foods and ingredients etc.

I received the same invite , but the galling thing is that I WAS an existing online customer with Ocado. had spent good money with them and had unused discount vouchers also...... I could go on but not the right place or forum to vent and not fair on the OP so I'll leave it there. We did the right thing, more fool them!!

Fair enough...but Tesco aren’t the best value...although they do Aldi price match.
So thinking about it Ocado is now as cheep as Aldi...happy days! Lol

No option for me

That may well be the case( although Waitrose is reducing their charge to £40 now) but my special offer invite to register, my account itself, website access(and denied access!), email communications, shopping receipts & invoices, many of the product lables, delivery vehicles and £60 min spend condition was all from, to or via Ocado.only. I didn't have an account directly with Waitrose just Ocado

I think the idea is for M&S to expand the range long term
Lidl = Henry hippo. Almost identical looking bag approx 79p. Taste same if not better than percy. Thank me later lol

It's madness that companies do this
Didn't they already have a veggie version
It's like when they ruined Irn Bru even though they had diet and zero
