As the title suggests, perhaps a good time to stock up on some Johnnie Walker whiskies, should you indeed enjoy them.

ASDA selling Red, Black, Double Black at record lows of £15, £20 and £25 respectively.
Morrison's selling Gold at a record low of £30.

Gosh I think I’d rather the “cheaper on Amazon Prime” comments than some of the dire bilge spouted by lazyfatboy

It's not factually incorrect if it's a record low since I started recording it, is it?

Do you have a time machine and can go back to 2005 to get it at £10? If you do, do let us know!

Wait for the “cheaper on Amazon Prime” posts 😴
Good prices but not a record. They are lower at times, not in Asda but they are.

Proof? Not since I recorded them on my spreadsheet they haven't (excluding places like CostCo which is not a supermarket).

the Double Black was meant to be a Duty Free exclusive - obviously not now - I tasted it @ Heathrow & it's really good, more like a blended malt whisky in many ways

worth a try at this price

Ahhh...perhaps.

maybe just a historical mistake by the person concerned - it WAS launched as a DF exclusive (a quick google confirms) but its quick success probably persuaded Diageo to release it more widely

Overrated. Better off with single malt.
So the double black is the better saving but the other cheaper ones, cheaper per litre! Never tried myself, maybe I will
Thanks for this.

Blue Label cheap anywhere?

It's occasionally close to £100 in Costco when on offer, otherwise Amazon at £113.99 is cheap for blue label. Although persoanlly, though very good, I do not rate it highly as a +£100 whisky

I like that with a nice cold Coca Cola

I can't say about the others but certainly not record low for gold label. Yes, you may have excluded Costco, but for full transparency this has been on sale their for about £27.
If you don't have Costco near or not a member this has also been on sale on Amazon for £27.99 previously. More commonly it's reduced to £30 on Amazon almost every month.

Either way, thanks for alerting us to a whisky offer

Green anyone?

I tried green for £30 from Amazon a few months back. Wasn't that impressed sadl
I'm tempted to try the Gold at that price but I already have a bottle of Green put by for myself for Christmas and don't want to spend the entire christmas period soused.
anyone know what whiskies they are blending into these nowadays?

I bought Black Label from Amazon for £15.80 in July 2017 and for £18.99 in June 2016.
Don’t know if mentioned already but Asda do a Green version, £30 I think.
Can anyone find the gold reserve for £30? Asda search brings a blank.
Threads like these are why I’m too scared to post any deals I find!!!
Reminds me of the airport coming home from Las Vegas and they had samples of JW platinum and Blue, Only one sample of each per person. Then they did a shift change so we had a couple more!

Naturally those prices would not be net prices given they are under the £20 free delivery Amazon threshold, but I shall amend the spreadsheet nevertheless. Thanks!
Thanks for this post, heat. Double Black and Gold are lovely. The standard Black is nice, but I'd always pay more for the others.

If you use MySupermarket, you can check the prices quite easily.

FYI Double Black is £24 @ Morrisons.
