Last time I ate at cafe rouge I had food poisoning. Never again....

Depends on opinion I guess. I paid £35 pp at a 5 star hotel near me and it was 10x better than cafe rouge

"You get what you pay for" also you "the selection is very stingy and you get one cup of watery Lipton tea" So do you get what your money's worth or not.. (skeptical)

Looks like you can use the code on a few dining experiences. Just booked Three Course Meal with Glass of Wine for Two at Prezzo - £20. Thanks

Same here went in.july would not go again ,only got one cup of tea, been on a few ,this was one of my worst 😏

You said it sister, company's all ways selling add-on. When it should just be included in the price in the first place.

That's rubbish. LIke going on a driving experience and being charged extra for a seat belt.

Could do with kitting up once as well that would give a little more time on the boat :-)

That's what I was thinking, so checked reviews. However, you can't really beat a 90+ minutes catamaran excursion with lunch and flowing booze in e.g. Tenerife....... I need a holiday (cheeky)

Tbf 90 minutes just on the water in one of these would be too long, went on one of these in Wales, I was bored after an hour!!!

What is the company called in Sheffield and where is it?

All the people moaning! (lol) I went to the Liverpool track last month and it was great fun. Didn't ache all over the next day and no one was complaining about not having enough time in the karts!

None for Manchester. Pants.

You normally do a qualifying before the 50-lap race so they’re likely counting the end-to-end experience from getting there, getting changed, safety video, quali, 50 laps race, trophies if they do them taking about two hours.

Track in Coventry is amazing. Very well run. Recommended.

For anyone staying over in a local Premier Inn.... London Richmond London Kew Bridge London Brentford Hope that helps! (highfive)

Also worth considering that some people haven’t got a clue what they are talking about and some other people are willing to propagate nonsense info without spending 2mins of their time undertaking due diligence before they post such info. For the record you can buy tickets to visit today, tomorrow, monday etc etc.

£8.99 to buy 241 card no

Went yesterday. Didn't like it - thought it was an absolute waste of time and money. The restaurants are poor and the options are severely limited. They only have hot food during lunchtime and the rest of the time, you can only nibble on 6 quid sandwiches or cakes. Parking is also a nightmare.

Kew gardens is fine, but i read in one of the post in past that visit to kew palace needs to be booked 8 weeks in advance. Things to consider.

I did this with my daughter and another time with a friend, you using a similar offer but for two tickets. It was really fabulous, the commentary humourous and we had a lot of fun. If you can go on a day when it's nice to sit outside the upper deck is lovely.

I’ve heard these Thames trips are really busy and it’s best to book in advance does anyone know if you can book in advance with this?

We went to the London one a few months ago. We had a lunchtime special which was a decent starter and a club sandwich on a little picnic table, loads of food and really nice, could have had other things. Was well impressed with the memorabilia, decent stuff from decent films, think it was £15 each.

We had the days out guide 2 for 1 vouchers, I would have been mortified to pay full, most of the tables are chipped and the chairs are just bistro chairs, I was a bit shocked at how bad the decor was, I personally would just go to a nice pizza express or something... I dont think im being to harsh even..

What a shame, as I said, I've never been to the London one, though friends did go in January & enjoyed the visit, we've been to the one in Disneyland Paris & a couple of others, and there are always lots of kids, never had screaming ones though, I can imagine that woud be very off-putting, luckily mine at now 8 & 9 don't scream unless they see a spider :D we found the food to be ok, on par with other themed restaurants, it's always been for the whole experience that we've visited & we've always managed to find some kind of discount, I wouldn't pay full price :)

Ban the kids :/

It does not say that buddy, it states until you book aka use the voucher, but you know more than me,I think you have a case. "redeemed"

Exactly ‘within 14 days as they state’. However if your giving the voucher as a gift then generally they will try and book something over a few months meaning your 14 days refund period has well gone by. Unless you write on the voucher - book within 14 days or your screwed.

So long as you have not been able to book anything as you state, you have a valid claim. 13. RefundsWe're happy to make refunds on unused vouchers bought direct from Red Letter Days within 14 days of purchase. Once you or your recipient has redeemed your voucher and booked an experience with an operator you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of booking. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and they will be refunded directly via the original method of payment. Should this not be possible for any reason, the refund shall be issued by cheque. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. To request a refund please call our friendly customer service team on 0345 640 8000 and select the option for an 'unwanted voucher' to discuss your options. So unless you have cancelled you are legaly in the right, so give them 14 days and you will see a refund.

I never take the car to London, Train and Tube. Sorry.

What’s the car park like? Do I need to get there early ? Thanks :)

For the hotel or park? We paid £50 for the room and £6.00 for parking. bought breakfast for £9.95 on the day was well worth it. Also their evening meals seem quite good value (although we didn't have them) Certainly recommend the park, to much to see in one day - we'll be going back again soon, but like others say take your own food.
