This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

It is the Chinese version so band 20 probably missing. It's from Gearbest, not sure if you will get hit by customs. Priority shipping is extra. Possibly the best price for the 8/128GB configuration. Might bite the bullet.

Btw which colour do you think is the best? Red, Blue or Black (Carbon)

PS: those abit savvy can eventually unlock the bootloader and flash a global ROM when available.

Compared to the MI 9 it also has.....
-Worse Camera than the MI 9
-No wireless charging
-Heavier

So depends what you are looking for in a phone really. I use screen unlock all the time, so a water drop notch is better for me than a pop up camera.

Either way its still a cracking phone for the price, and really shows up Oneplus!

People are weighing in that and also flipside of buying without warranty & UK bands, maybe tomorrow they give it more heat, good try anyway OP

Heat for the price! Although just received the Mi9 today from Amazon Germany for £360, currently out of stock though unfortunately
Most likely get hit by customs but worth keeping an eye on the European market for when it is released there and seeing the price (hopefully pre brexit)

Hey how much difference with the cameras? Does the 3 array not make up for it?

It mainly the 2 additional sensors that its not as good as the mi 9 (But these will hardly be used) The main one to be fair is almost identical. Just on reviews I have seen it says the camera isn't as good (could be down to software at the moment)
But for most day to day shots without using the additional two lenses there wont be much difference.

I have the MI 9 and im not tempted to switch yet......
Sexy af
On the wireless charging front, I accept the compromise, but to me there is a logical solution, pogo pins (like on some tablets for a keyboard dock). Why don't they put a couple of pogo pin pads somewhere on the edge of the phone (next to the charge port for instance) that are wired for charging. Then they can make an official protective case with a wireless charger built in that has pins that pop onto the pads, still keep all the ports and gain wireless charging in the case. Other accessories can use the pads as well, eg. a dock.

To me that makes sense as I always put a case on my phone anyway, and then wireless charging is an optional extra without compromising on battery capacity. I know you can get cheap wireless charging adapters that plug into the charge port, but this option is much tidier and keeps the port free.

It is funny you say that, I watched a Youtube video comparing them and thought the Mi 9 was slightly better, that was before seeing the specs (as you say the Mi 9 is technically better on the specs for the additional two lenses but shouldn't make a huge difference). However, the comments on the video suggested people thought the K20 Pro images looked more natural, I personally didn't see that and thought the Mi 9 looked slightly clearer, but then it is hard to see from a video like that anyway.

Some of those wouldn't be seen as negatives though, so it depends what you want. I'd rather have a hole punch camera or waterdrop rather than mechanical pop up selfie camera. Also the size of battery isn't meant to be a problem as it is utilised very well apparently.

Same..
Just think a pop up camera is asking to be broken..

Exactly, it's ok doing tests 300,000 times of opening / closing sequences, but what about real world usage? Opening in your pocket accidentally, getting crumbs in the mechanism. I don't trust it too much.
Any idea when/if this phone is coming to the UK.
was so close to getting the One Plus 7 Pro but waiting for reviews on this

i don't think anyone really utilises the additional camera lenses so as long as the main is good for point and shoot its fine for me

For people who don't do selfies there should be a setting to 'disable' the pop-up camera.

Haha, I was one that didn't take selfies. That was until we got a daughter. Being only a toddler it's the only way I can get her to look at the camera!

It only opens when the camera is in use. If you don't switch to selfie camera in the camera app then it won't open. An option to disable would be pretty much pointless as anyone not taking selfies will never need to switch from main camera to selfie camera.
What does the k20 pro have over the non pro k20 please.

Presume you mean the mi 9 SE. The mi 9 has always been around the £300 mark.

I just realised where I got that idea from... that is exactly how the Nokia 1020 worked. The only downside was the price of the cover was something like £40 and after a while, the wireless charging cover became quite rare and prices went up to like £100.
Would you have to pay import tax or customs charges?
