    Steer clear of XIAOMI I can tell you from experience that their phones are very glitchy prone to freezing, specs look good but there is a big downside, check forums before spending your hard earned cash

    Absolutely not my experience. Had three Xiaomi phones now (Note 9s, Poco X3, and Poco F3) and all were (are) smooth as butter to use with the fastest and most reliable fingerprint sensor I have ever used. Have bought for friends and family since and they have no issues either. I have no problem recommending Xiaomi. (edited)

    Rubbish phones, I have a xiaomi constantly crashes, freezes, contacted xiaomi but no resolution, buy something better anything but xiaomi

    I'm looking for two to replace our old redmi phones that have recently become prone to freezing. There's a further £15 off for a >£200 spend. Not sure if it stacks with the coupon.

    I'm also stuck on this or the Poco M5...it will be for my son as a first phone who's turning 13...will mainly be used for gaming no doubt

    A year ago I bought it (from Xiaomi directly too) for £169. They could have dropped the price more after 12 monhts....
    That said, I didn't have any problems with it.
    Does it still come with a screen protector and a soft case? (edited)
