Just to get this out there, this will not get you a 6 pack, get you fit or lose you any weight. The only thing that will get you a 6 pack is a religious like dedication to a wide and varied exercise regime along with a very, very punishing diet. Because of the dedication needed, 6 packs are rarely attained or maintained for long by anyone.

And it's a pretty daft thing to aspire anyway , wouldn't you agree. If you do want to start a fitness plan and you admit to yourself you don't have a clue where to start, then begin by researching the subject.... YouTube is a great place to begin, but don't stop at one video or website, watch lots and build your knowledge up constantly.

Or join a boot camp fitness club etc, etc if you can afford it, but this thing won't help you and will be a complete waste of money unless you're someone who already has near 0% bodyfat and plans on swaning around in a lot of crop-tops in the summer like a vain attention seeker X)

Agree that this won't get you a 6 pack at all but a 6 pack is down to bodyfat percentage. A mans abs will show at roughly 14% bodyfat maybe a little higher

6 packs are made in the kitchen! Not by doing sit ups! Although a good ab roller is a great stomach workout

Doesn't need to be a punishing diet. Work smarter not harder.

But no need for any specialist equipment to work on your core with the exception of possibly a mat. Crunches, bicycles, planks, v sit ups and supermans. Hold a weight to work harder and hold the position for a few seconds.

Sqaut and deadlift twice a week, more mid section mass from 30 mins 2x a week doing that than 1000 sit ups!

It will strengthen your abs/core if used correctly and consistently, surely that is it's purpose.

rubbish just bought one taking it back tomorrow did nothing not sure if I was doing it right but there are no instructions I spent at least half hour on it and felt nothing on the stomach muscles
