I've had this exact model for around 4 years, starting back when I was around 120Kg (over 18 stone) and I use it at least 4 times a week. I've had no problems in all that time and just use silicone lubricant under the tread about twice a year and very occasionally adjust the belt alignment. I've added an NPE Runn treadmill sensor so it can work with the likes of Zwift and also takes account of the incline. While I'm sure there are better treadmills available now, this one has been really reliable. I haven't even hung my clothes on it....:-)

mine made a thump noise when going high speed, I tried to realign it and equalise the tension on either side of the machine (for the roller) but it was still there, returned it.

Please don't make the stupid cloth hanger joke... There are people that use their treadmill almost daily (I'm certainly one of them).

Stop calling it a glorified or stupid clothes rail. It counts down until clothes are fully dried , it’s a smart clothes rail!

    Expensive way to dry clothes

I'm interested in a treadmill but the real need for me is for it to be as compact as possible, as it will be sorted in my room.

Was hoping for better offers than I have seen, but I guess they don't need to discount too heavily as this is a busy time for sales anyway. Maybe I shall wait.

Yeah that's the one downside of this one, it folds up but not very vertically, so it still takes up a fair amount of space when not in use.

In Dec 2020 I bought a treadmill, so I decided to run every day. Over 2 years later I'm still running every day without missing a day and have just completed a marathon. So these treadmills can be an investment in health. Though, they do make good clothes hangers if you let them:)

This is a pretty small machine tbh, ppl think they will get something similar to a gym unit, it's no where near thar standard tbh. Good enough to use for a lighter person but the max weight is around 17.5 stone.

How did you manage to get YouTube on the LCD display? It's just a basic display to show the usual stuff on it, I can't see how it would get any apps on it.

How does this compare with a JTX sprint 3/5 thanks

Can anyone confirm what the frame warranty on this is? I know they used to do lifetime on the frame and 10 years on the motor (part only). Thanks

I had one of these back in 2018. It was only used for walking (no more than 30km per week) and very well maintained. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last 2 years before the motor burned out.

Save yourself some money and buy yourself a secondhand commercial treadmill such as a Powerjog as it will run for years without any issues.

Thanks for that idea! I bought this model treadmill second hand for £200 and it's perfect for home use. 'You need a £1k+ gym quality blah blah' is BS unless you're already a very proficient runner. There are plenty of hardly-used, cheap treadmills out there! Buy something like this with power incline and you're good to go for seeing if treadmill running is for you before making a bigger investment.
