Good price for a light weight framed boys bike, my son is 7 years old and finds it easy to pick up and ride.

Ignore the full price of £279 on the Halfords website, just the usual marketing scam. I looked everywhere for a 24 inch (wheel) mountain bike with an aluminium frame - including ebay for second hand decent makes.

Looks like a sensible kids' mountain bike at a sensible price. Nice to see something that's not a full-suspension, steel-framed piece of junk or scarily expensive competition bike that most kids don't need.

Wish there were more bikes like this to choose from (maybe if everybody stopped buying the steel-framed monstrosities there would be?).

What type of valve is it?

It uses Schrader valves.
