One of those machines which is great for a month but then gathers dust. Great price though.

Seems a good deal, I bought my wife one 7 years ago and she uses it for roughly 15km of running every week so if you are willing to use it great deal !!

ordered thanks

You should get using it then !

Great price but mixed reviews on the motor. Other slightly more expensive machines have a 4hp motor.

how do you get the free delivery? its showing as £8.95 in the midlands.

does anyone have one that has lasted. I am tempted but a few amazon reviews about reliability? Thanks

If you know your treadmills, then this is the treadmill to avoid. Poor build quality, dated design, noisy motor, tiny running surface. There's a reason why these are always in the clearance stores as seconds....

I agree, I picked up a zr10 about 18months ago when it was on sale at argos and I have used it multiple times a week ever since.

Ordered thanks

To save time and money, upon delivery of the Reebok ZR8 Treadmill, simply do not remove it from the packaging. Place the box in a secure garage or shed and store it there until you end up clearing your possessions from the marital home following a bitter and protracted divorce in 2017.

I paid £599 × £99 insurance for mine a few months ago ... and your right

You are not focussing on the secondary benefits, you could get at least 8 coat hangers on there when you give up using it.

Any chance you could post a link, would be much appreciated

Anyone know how loud these are? Don't want the people in the flat below me complaining about "thumping" for 3 hours a week

Great discount on RRP, but this is just as good and comes at a fraction of the price

A lot of peple will fall into this category.
I have a treadmill in my living room. I use it every day and spend, on average about 1 hour on it - walking and running.
If this machine was in another room (eg. a garage), then maybe I'd use it much less.

I bought my treadmill for around £500 and it was worth every penny, because I use it every day.
The treadmill in this thread is half the price and providing you intend to genuinely use it regularly, I'd say buy it. And if you do use it a lot, after it breaks, go out and buy a more expensive model.

Unfortunately though, for most people, due to laziness, most people don't use their treadmills and instead store it away.

Oh...and if you can't afford to buy a treadmill, just go outside. You can walk/run outside, for free.

EDIT: I just read some of the reviews on this product and it looks good to me. I think £250, on the off chance that you end up using it every day (and improve fitness and weight), is a bargain.

Excellent deal. I've had the zr7 for a few years, never had any issues. Great investment for the winter months

It's junk. Just buy gym membership...

Thanks, waiting for treadmill deal for long time, ordered, had to wait until 20th Dec to get delivery. Definitely bargain price ,worth waiting!

Considering this as my old reebok treadmill is slipping now. Delivery coming up as 5 days here?

Thanks ordered

I have the ZR10 and it is noisy in the lounge below the bedroom it is in, I have added a foam mat under it which reduced the sound, I intend to add a wooden board under it and then a further foam mat at some point, but the first foam mat reduced noise considerably that I haven't been as fussed about getting the rest. Google it and there are suggestions on how to lower the noise

True.

We have one of these which sits in my office after my wife demanded she gets one. It does comes in useful this time of the year as I hang the towels I use to dry the dogs afterI walk them. That's the dogs I'll never have to walk if she gets them too....

I'm not bitter though oO

Bought one from Amazon last years Black Friday, paid under £200. Works well, I keep in garage and use it more for walking whilst working rather than running. I made a laptop shelf that sits over the handles and it's just the right height for using on those days I work from home. I normally do 1 1/2 hours at around 1.8 speed, and burn through around 250 calories according to my Apple Watch which seems more accurate than the onboard reading. Never had any problems, deck is well cushioned if you do run, creaks a bit from time to time, lube was included. It's a very heavy unit in its packaging before you can wheel it around when built so I recommend getting two people to unpack and set up. I think for the money it's a solid all-rounder for casual exercise and weight loss.

Out of bloody stock!!

Ive got the ZR9 , any running machine will make a certain degree of noise it depends on how well your floor is made, maybe buy a mat or like me just slip and old Rubber car mat under each corner.

For £250 you wont find much better , that said for another £250 and you want a serious running machine you can find some good deals, Powerhouse fitness are doing some good deals at the moment but for £250 and for occasional use this is a fine price in my opinion.
