Gets on my nerves keep swigging and I get the urge to squeeze the bottle to see if the liquid shoots out their nose . What with it. Constantly swinging water ect bugs the hell out of me. Some people must have a bladder of an ox! as I'd be pxxxxx me britches.

You'd be surprised at how much better you feel in general after you start drinking more water everyday.

I used to only drink (sugar free) pop, and I switched to only water for an entire week. Just feel a lot better! Maybe a placebo , but still.

Your missing the point, it's to save on plastic, going in to Asda and buying cheap 17p 2l bottles just adds to the plastic problem while carrying a watch bottle and getting someplace to fill it if you run out stops millions of plastic bottles from being used, I've been using the same £3 reusable plastic bottle for close to 3 years saving 100s of unnecessary waste that's the point here.

Drinking actual water, instead of aspartame-laden flavoured fizzy water, is definitely not a placebo.

I have two specifically I use, one is a co-operative funeral care, and one is a hotel in the area I work in, both have lovely staff, and are more than willing to fill my bottle on a daily basis.

More so in this flaming weather.

I'm a bit confused by this. Is it basically just telling you where your nearest tap is?

Wow, what a stupid comment, probably the worst comment I've ever had on …Wow, what a stupid comment, probably the worst comment I've ever had on one of my posts... You clearly do not get it. The whole point of the app is, to use your bottle you purchased, and not purchase another bottle, thereby reducing plastic waste and saving the environment in the process. What a ridiculous comment to make, do not make a comment like that, without at least reading the post you imbecile.

While I agree with your point it would be better delivered if you didn’t stoop to calling others an imbecile - wasn’t any need for it!
I just go to nearest pub and ask them to fill up my water bottle?!

Yes I agree, I will remove imbecile from the comment, I still stand by the rest of the comment however.
tap water? ha hah...no tha!
Seems a bit pointless. If you want some tap water in a bottle just ask in a nearby place. Most people will be happy to help.

Well its notnecessarily tap water every time so I'll correct you there, it's a water machine in one, and a tap in the other.

What difference does that make?
Shame it's app only, I was hoping for a map on a website. Don't like installing unnecessary apps...
Is it filtered water or just tap?

The whole point is you're not searching for a water fountain, you have an app.

You're also saving on waste.

Who wants to lug 2L of water around?

Still can't find any official health study saying aspartame is bad for you. Sugar on the other hand...
Cold, no band 20!
Great idea. Maybe the supermarkets could refill spring water bottles for half price, saving unnecessary plastic waste ending up in the Ocean and other places.

You asked if it was tap water, from a tap and i responded with the fact it wasn't. One is from a water machine, and one from a tap.

I didn't say there was a difference.

However, the water machine has chilled water, as well as regular water.

True story; over new year I was in A&E (I wasn't the ill/injured one) but there were some very, very ill looking people who'd been in Ambulatory for about 12 hours waiting to see a doctor. One such specimen was a fat young pale looking woman who despite her dire health, was clutching a 2L bottle of coke to keep her hydrated.

I thought better of trying to educate her that human bodies need water, and only water to stay healthy and hydrated.

Just deny all permissions if you're worried, Apps are easier to use than, opening a browser, typing the address in, navigating on a browser screen etc.

Licenced (to serve alcohol) establishments are, by law, required to provide free water to customers.
Burger King, for example, doesn't have to; that branch appears to be this one:

But how about public washrooms?

Back in the early 90's when I was a student, we went to visit a pals sister at her teacher training college. She was staying in the halls of residence and we all sat down to watch "Blind Date" while having a coffee.

Just before the show started, this fat lass (morbidly obese to be accurate) came into the common room with a toaster, full loaf of white sliced bread, 1Kg tub of Flora, 2L Bottle of Diet Coke and a large tumbler.

During the show she toasted and ate the whole bloody loaf, each slice with a liberal helping of flora trowelled on!.

She then decided to get into the 2L bottle of Diet Coke. I honestly wanted to ask her if she thought that the Diet Coke would have more effect on her body fat levels than the square root of fcuk all!

Presumably, she thought that Diet Coke would be the solution, shame really....then again perhaps not.

Good idea, hot
Just remember to only drink when you are thirsty. Unlike food where we often eat for pleasure beyond our needs the human body is very good at telling you when it needs more water. Following the recommendations of some gyms and other sporting associations where they tell you to drink high levels of water can be damaging to your health or even fatal.

No, only places which serve/sell alcohol are required by law to give free tap water.

I asked the Fortnum & Mason food and drink bar in the airport for tap water as i passed by and they happily gave me some in a wine glass

Oh yeah there's nothing more annoying than people drinking the substance from which life is able to exist. Give it a rest mate, drinking water is good for you...
