Refreshed EE PAYG loyalty scheme - Unlimited free data 'boost' depending on retention time!

Figured this was worth sharing. Heard the new advert today and did some searching online. Scheme has always existed but now features a bigger boost than ever before! The EE scheme essentially rewards PAYG loyalty and acts as a retention incentive, looks pretty good!!!

"With Free Boost, the longer people stay with us, the more data we give them. If they add one of our monthly pay as you go packs each month, after three months they can get a 500MB free boost to their monthly data allowance.
And the best thing? They can do it again and again and again. So if their pack’s monthly data allowance is 500MB, it will go up to 1GB after three months. And if they stick with their pack for another three months they can boost it to 1.5GB. Then 2GB. And so on.

It’s our way of saying thanks for staying with us. And it’s the best way of getting loads of free data every month on the UK’s no.1 network.

Also, using My EE, customers can:

See how they are progressing towards their boost (e.g. how many packs away they are from it)
What data they've got left
What they'll get next"

Ah brilliant thanks for confirming. Makes it even better surely?!
How does this affect people who are already on this scheme & have accrued boosts?

I believe all that this means for those guys is the 'limit' on how many boosts you can get has been removed!
Important things to remember about Free Boosts

Gaps between packs

You don’t need to buy your packs one after another to get your Free Boost – if you have a gap between packs we’ll pause counting and carry on as soon as you buy your next pack. You will get your Free Boost as soon as you have bought three 30-day packs or 12 seven-day packs.

You have 60 days to choose your Free Boost

If you haven’t chosen your Free Boost after 60 days, you won’t be able to boost your pack allowances until you are eligible for another Free Boost. We’ll send you a text to tell you when you are eligible again, so you don’t miss out.

Changing the duration of your pack

If you change from a 30-day pack to a seven-day pack, or vice versa, you will lose any Free Boosts you have and will need to buy the required number of packs again to get another Free Boost.

so how much does the cheapest monthly "pack" cost, to qualify for this?
What is the limit on data boosts i.e 10gb limit

Looks like £10, under 'What packs are available':

I've no idea how any of this works, if they need multiple people trying to explain it then it's a marketing fail.

I've actually got one of the EE payg sims, and they bombard you with pointless text messages about god knows what.
All it has got going for it is that at £1 a week it's relatively cheap.
I wish they'd dump all this packs and add-ons nonsense. Three's model is much more straightforward.
You only get this for the month of the boost, so you are back down for the other 2 months, so not such a great deal.

So your boost(s) only last for 1 month every 3 months (for monthly boosts) or 1 week every 12 weeks (for 7 day boosts)
Thanks for clearing this up
This is going to months if not years to get 100gb

I have been on EE for a boost and have had 2.5gb for 3 months next top up it will be 3.0gb of data so it stays permanent

Yes it's completely incorrect.

Each boost earned renews on every pack you add after you've added the boost and provided you don't change the type of pack, so if you got your boost from adding 30 day packs you need to keep on adding 30 day packs. If you change to a 7 day pack you will loose any boosts you have added.

Example: You buy a three 30 day packs consecutively. On adding the third pack you get to choose a boost. This boost is added to your account when you topup with your next pack ie the 4th one. You'll also get the same boost on packs 5 & 6. On adding the sixth pack you get to choose another boost which will be added to your account once you add pack 7. Once pack 7 starts you will have the boost chosen from pack 3 as well as the boost chosen from pack 6 and both these boosts will continue on packs 8 & 9. On pack 9 you get to choose another one..........you get the idea

You can have a gap between packs so if you don't want the pack to automatically renew make sure your balance is less than the pack cost.

If you run out within 30 days of any allowances, not all say data only, can you buy another 30 day pack and say you have mins or texts left do they carry over or reset to the pack inclusions ?

"If one of your allowances runs out, simply buy an add-on or wait until your pack renews"

Rip off, I have used payg in countries where topping up within 30 days balances carry across, thus building up 6000 mins 10000 texts (hit cap) and 60GB balances, all for £20 every £30 days - and you keep your £20! Granted you had to top up every month or lose them but my £20 could buy bundles for many things, data, mins, texts, and loads of international calling bundles which I used my £20 for.

Its a good deal for building up 4G data but it will take years and a lot of money to get a good amount of GB's of data a month on even the £10 1GB data packs, great for payg if you cant get credit for a 30 day sim, in which case you should get off HUKD and clear your credit file debts up haha
You can either start a new pack early or purchase data, text or minutes Add-ons which last 7 or 30 days. All packs reset to zero after 7 or 30 days,
i have and old christmas payg sim from last year that i havent used since. If i top up, am i still elegible for this boosts you speak of?
thanks.
Recently took out 28gb data sim on 30 days rolling contract at £28 pm. I canceled it a couple of weeks ago as I thought that I won't need it anymore, and now they sent me this offer:

https://s32.postimg.org/md7dfjz9h/Zrzut_ekranu_2016_06_28_o_16_49_51.png
Woopie doo, increasing 500mb every three months. Ill be dead before i get to 30gb. 64gb for 28 is nowhere near the 100gb i was getting for 2 months for a tenner between june and feb last year. I have gone with three at 14 for a 30gb tether unlimited till next june when ee after losing all their customers see the folly of their ways
it's a bit of a white wash really all these boost and packs malarkey - claims one thing when its time to buy your new pack and then once bought turns out to be something different!

Someone bought via their myEE a/c £10 pack to start the next day which promised 15GB data, but once the next day came round 15GB turned out to be 5.5GB, still ok for £10 with 500 mins and unlimited text but why promise something and then once bought turns out to be something else !?
