Description says it's not a Touchscreen James. Can anyone comment on the screen quality?

Not for me without touchscreen but I think these are great devices great battery life and less hassle than windows if you just want something to type on while at a conference or lecture etc.
This or the c223na? Is it worth an extra £50

Can the SSD be upgraded GF had a similar spec on a windows 10 machine and now she is stuck unable to update it due to running out of space.

No, it's eMMC soldered to the motherboard. The idea with CB's is that everything is saved to the cloud. If this has an SD card slot, you can also save there or on an external HDD.

It's a very different world to a Windows 10 machine. If you want to try before you buy, check out Cloudready which is free.

It's not an SSD, it's eMMC and as such with be soldered to the motherboard. You can expand the amount of storage available by adding an SD card or a USB thumb drive.

No the 11” screen. It’s £101 with the party code, 4gb ram and 32gb storage. No touchscreen and not 1080p.

Wow, that's a good price eximo. Might buy this as a machine just to run as a retro gaming emulator. Where from?

When I was a minor, letters from my bank actually said Master Yates. People can read into it, whatever they like!

It's a good price undoubtedly, but heed that caveat!

Considering the low price, I agree. After the 2 years, you can always put Cloudready on.
This is a great Chromebook, I run it alongside an Asus c302. Both are great, no touchscreen on this one but it does have Linux app support.
BTW, if you're not fussed about warranty, you can usually pick these up for around a £100 used.
Reduced further to £135.99.
