Really? Had 3 Acers, none of them lasted more than 2 years. Thought Asus is a superior brand.

32GB is normal on a chromebook, you use the cloud for storage.

Funnily enough- my last 3 Asus have had screen issues. Never had a problem with Acer...

The Asus does generally feel better Tbh

Ah, ok. Excuse my ignorance. Thought it was like a regular laptop.

Chromebooks are really great imo. No watching building percentage on updates. No virus protection required. Starts up in less than 10 seconds..... Essential for parents and grandparents

And I love mine as well. Worth a punt if you find a Argos refurb for £100ish

Acer 14 any good?
I'd go for the Asus c301 personally. Better screen and cpu. Bit plasticky but I find it just as useful as my c302, with the added advantage of Linux app compatibility.

I love my acer chromebook..
Sold my 2 year old 2GB one to "upgrade" to this same Asus.
Now trying to sort out a repair/ refund but ordered a 4GB Acer instead.
