Probably best to spend a little bit more and get the same quality with a longer warranty and something new and not refurbished.
Refurbished + seller has only 9 feedbacks
These will be all those sent back by customers for Banding etc... Bottom of the barrel stuff.
I bought the 55" version last year for £449 and it's been worth every penny, best TV I've ever had, and I usually go with Pannies. So it may be worth a punt, at the very least you can return it if not happy. The only issues I have with it is the relatively poor viewing angle and location of HDMI ports (2 on back, 2 on side) which for a wall mounted TV the 2 on the back become redundant. However on the upside the quality of the picture, especially the upscaling, is superb.

What about an angled adapter? Would that not solve it?

That's what I've done on mine

90 degree hdmi adapter is what you need for those ports on the back
I got this exact model from £355 from amazon warehouse with 2 years warrenty a few months back and it's a great TV! It's much better then my Sony TV. for the price it's sheer quality. Sounds great picture quality is brilliant & Netflix BBC iPlayer ect all work flawlessly. It defiantly rivals TVs costing hundreds more

Are you sure your TV is being defiant in rivaling other TVs?

With regards to your problem with the two redundant Hdmi ports, have you not heard of the angled hdmi connector that costs about 95 pence that will assist you to use the two ports directly at the back as your hdmi cable connects to it and can be used from top or bottom wherever you choose to put the Hdmi cable.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try that, though being located at the middle of the back it's not easy to get to when wall mounted. I should have used the back HDMI sockets before mounting.
It still might be difficult to do depending on how far your tv goes back at the top of it,slant the connector at the top Hdmi port to go upwards and the bottom connector to go downwards as you have done that the Hdmi connector cables go up from 2 different locations of your Hdmi cable lead will not be destroyed at the wall side.

I disagree but each to his/her own

I also disagree, I bought a 32" Hisense for my conservatory a few years ago, absolute bargain tv in my opinion.
Most Toshiba's are Vestel's now anyway

There really isnt that much content yet. Good for sports fans though. You can get only really the highest budget film and TV in 4K and lets face it alot of the AAA stuff is dross.
