Good price on the 43

Its worth the extra to buy New an if you can mange a bit more get something from Costco or Lewiss or Richer sounds.

I have a 3 Year old 55inch Toshiba and the panel has a fault

I am getting a Full Refund From Costco, not even a deduction for usage for 3 years.

I know it is a fair bit more and when moneys tight its just not possible, but if you can manage it the 5 Year warranty
is peace of mind and in my case a soothing balm on my wallet lol

How is customer support for this brand?
Just bought this from Argos yesterday.

I wouldn't want it as a main TV, but it should be ok in the bedroom.

The interface is really nice (I like Roku) but the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty poor uniformity, but I guess for this price, that really isn't surprising. Watching football on it would be pretty frustrating I imagine with banding.
