Bought mine for £200, not the best but even at this price i'm tempted to get another

Such a good deal I ordered immediately, free delivery is very slow (they are showing 14th march) so paid extra 4.95 for delivery on 06/03/2018 which is still steep but at least not 2 weeks away.

IPS, 4k, sure it's probably too small at 23.6 inches but at this price - MASSIVE HEAT.

Thanks OP!

Tempted to get 2, or put one next to my 25" Ultrawide LG monitor on a display mount.

if you don't game get 2 and sell the ultrawide since the vertical size will be smaller presumably
Possibly 1.6% quidco if that makes a difference
Heated, immensely good price for any kind of 4K display. IMHO 24" is WAY too small to appreciate those extra pixels but you could easily pay this and more for a regular 1080P 24" so might as well have the extra resolution since it doesn't cost any more and it might give a slightly sharper display in video and games (if you have a beefy GPU)...
Vesa?
Get squinting!

Guy in our office has a 27inch 4k monitor and its unusable.

surely basic windoze display scaling will get you by? With browsers at least?

Why is that then?
Does anybody have an idea what would happen if there are dead pixels? If I were buying brand new from Amazon, it'd go straight back if there was even one.

I'm unsure you would even notice a dead pixel on a 4k 23.6" screen. Maybe with scrutiny. I would assume though, as refurbs, you would be out of luck with any pixel problems.

Yep, scaling helps. Would say you would want to use about 200%, maybe you could manage 175% if your eye sight is very good. I had a 28" 4K screen and used 150%.

200% would give you the same desktop space as 1080P but with a better pixel depth. For games you could probably just run 1080P and let it upscale as 4K displays usually upscale 1080P pretty cleanly with it being a exact proportion/fraction of the 4K resolution...

Good price, personally had issues with Laptops direct previously.
Out of interest, whats the recommended graphics card to run 2 or 3 of these 4k monitors concurrently? Obviously not for gaming. Thanks
Anyone else just stuck at Checkout?

Any modern GPU with 2-3 display port outputs would do you. I would suggest Display Port over HDMI but 2 display port 1 HDMI 1.4 may likely also work. You don't need to spend big bucks just check the outputs. I would also suggest a reasonable amount of VRAM, maybe 1gb? Not sure on the last part.
Insane deal. I used to have this monitor and it was entirely decent.

I have bigger version of the one in the OP posted (27”) and using 125% with no problems. Still big text and icons
Just had the email.. nolonger available. & i ordered quite early on. Shame.
So quidco never tracked, and I had an email saying not enough stock available and I would be contacted to be offered an alternative...

As that hasn’t happened I emailed them suggesting an alternative I’d be interested in and to make me an offer. No response...

Has anyone else had their order despatched?

Mine was delivered yesterday.
mine was due tomorrow but just got a cancellation email. I thought I was quick too!
Have been trying to contact them about my cancellation - i still haven't had a refund. Have just sent a third and final message advising them that I will be doing a chargeback if they don't sort it out tomorrow.

Will definitely NOT be using these again!

Don't think they charge anything until despatch. You should chat with them (sales department). Live chat is available everyday.
If only I had time for live chat between 9&5 - I’m at work!!

They charged my card prior to despatch, and after threatening a chargeback they have now cancelled the order and issued a refund. Now waiting for that to appear back on my card before I decide what other monitor to buy...
