Why would you want it to be a mac?

Why would you want it to be a mac?

I wouldn't but there appear to be plenty on here that would!
Ooh! So tempted, pity it's not the touchscreen model otherwise I'd go for it.
Great deal. I've only had Dell for the last 7 or 8 years and never had a single issue.

Careful. You might cut yourself with that edge
Very old processor, but you can’t argue with that price. I’d get it for my grandparents or something before they go to Curry’s and get ripped off for something they don’t need
Sold out, as per usual with all ITZOO deals. Good price for an AIO with SSD.
Last pc from them went down the charity shop. Despite a reasonable spec, it ran slooow.

Umm, it’s Haswell, it’s got basically the same IPC and similar architecture as current CPUs and is a quad-core. To pass on this as an ‘old CPU’ is mad.

Exactly. Unless you love the base model being stuck with a mechanical hard disk in 2019 and paying through the nose for the privilege I just checked, base model (and middle model) come with hard disks... the base model comes with a 7th gen laptop dual-core CPU and still costs over a grand.

Calm down. I didn’t even say I’d pass on it. I commended the price and even said I’d get one.

That processor is 5 years old. That was my only negative comment

I don’t need to ‘calm down’ - I know exactly what you meant and I’m saying it’s not a ‘very old processor’ at all. Very old would be Pentium 4 or something like that. 4th gen quad-core i5 is basically not even worn in yet. But given CPUs have basically stagnated until recently thanks to AMD not bothering for years means we get things like this that people gloss over for a fraction of the real value.

I think the confusion here is that you meant to say "to pass this off as" instead of "to pass on this as" because the former would mean to pass something off as something else, and the latter would mean to move past. Anyway, I agree I have a much "slower"4th gen i5 in my laptop and it's still very capable, I never have any issues with its speed for general computing and its only a dual core, so this would be much faster.
Good deal, unfortunately sold out
Come on mods this has been expired for hours, close the post.

There’s no confusion, I meant to ignore this deal and gloss over this on the basis it’s an old CPU. It’s just the other guy trying to be clever and condescending. If we’re being picky the inclusion of ‘very’ in ‘very old’ is the actual issue because it’s incorrect. I still use Sandy Bridge (and older) machines for some things, other than hardware H265 decode Haswell has most of the features and speed you’d need or want.
I have nothing but regrets after buying from these cowboys.

50+ devices from them (laptops, tablets and phones) in just over a year, only one return and they paid return postage. I am extremely happy with their service and value for money.
