Cheaper, includes warranty? Likely noting wrong with it so why pay more
Why does the link go to reddit.
Not sure this is good value full price is £92 not £100 and could be missing something pretty crucial like the io shield
Saves a couple of quid on a 3000 build that doesn't want a 5000 partnered with it.
Nice.

Not sure what the GPUs have to do with it.

The plus side with Gigabyte is you'll get warranty direct with them, unlike Asus, MSI etc.

PCIe 4.0 on x570 and 5700 GPUs. They're touting storage gains to with nvme over PCIe 4.0, too.
Until embargo lifts at 2pm, we'll have no idea what these stats really mean.
Go to youtube.com/gam…xus for analysis.
NVidia Super just launched to, so GPU fans will be interested to how those cards compare to fresh Navi GPUs.
How do you refurb a MB?
You would think in their description describe what was missing/damaged, used or combination of them.

How do you refurb a MB?

The customer sends it back to the store as unwanted, the store tests it then lists it for sale. Simple really.

Probably manufacturer returns. Meaning got sent away faulty & returned repaired. Bought a MB from someone which had cap replacements, couldn't tell they been replaced.

The new AMD GPUs don't push enough data to get any benefit from PCI-E 4.0, so for the GPUs at least its nothing more than marketing.

Considering the prices of the X570 boards and the small benefits you'd get over B450/X470 most people would be better off avoiding them.

Totally agree, this deal looks good, so it might be the board for my 3600 while my Asus prime b450 keeps my 2000 series busy.

I've done it before, not a transfer but a claim. You just have to provide proof of purchase, I did remove the "B Grade" wording from the invoice however so keep that in mind.

Warranty claims are done by a UK based repair company GBT Tech that I've had good experiences with, quick turn around, much faster than doing a Asus return through a UK retailer for example which can be 30 days or more. They do (or did when I last used them) charge quite a bit for postage but you can deal with it yourself through a courier that collects (Hermes etc), you just arrange it with them over e-mail.

They will also base the warranty length off the date code in the serial number (first 4 digits), so it won't go off the invoice date. Keep that in mind.
