Ordered an S7 with a deal posted before, came with a cracked screen and they are saying it was me that broke it. I would not buy from this company again. On top os that, their phones do not arrive clean. Just sharing my experience.

I also think it was you who broke the screen.

Wow, really!!! I hope you have the same experience as well

(just curious) what if someone provided them with unboxing of the phone where it clearly shows that it was already damaged upon opening?

I know someone who knows someone who knows you definitely broke it

but seriously. That’s shocking. You can return under 14 days can’t you, by law?

I ordered a s8 plus around 4 months ago from Magpie , no charger included and unofficial usb cable.... So add the cost of a charger to the deal

Definitely, the car should come with road legal tyres, if not it should of been discussed on the day, how else would you legally be allowed to drive the car? the price of the car should be amended accordingly..... Just like I did with Music magpie , the cost of a official charger was refunded

All the tyres were legal, about half worn, but a different brand to what was originally fitted at the factory. Should I seek a partial refund like you did to try and turn it into a new car?

My point is if buying a second hand half price phone, don't whine because it's not quite 100%.

I didn't actually buy a used car, it was for demonstration purposes.

But when buying a phone.... It is pretty much standard to expect to be supplied a charger......! New or used.

Imagine turning up to buy a car with no tyres..... "Hmmm mate sorry I thought it would of come with tyres." .. "Yeah but mate its 2nd hand."

I think the point is they pay pittance for these and you'd expect an equivalent charger if the factory one isn't supplied.

I just had a USB cable with my last order. Which was as described condition wise in fairness.

They won't let you pay on credit card to address an above point. I used PayPal not that I can see that giving you the same protection.

That's why you haggle down based on the cars condition.

Plus if buying the phone brand new = New condition , full warranty , official charger , official usb cable , £440.00 from Amazon Germany ,

so £330 + no charger + good condition + no box + less official Samsung warranty time, kind of makes this around £40 to £50 cheaper in my mind compared with a brand new one....based on new condition + full warranty + official accessorises , samsung box , all these factors will add to the phones resale value too .

We get your point, your opinion its better to buy new for an extra £110 for a charger and headphones, Samsung are shocking with their warranty anyway, so it may as well be worth nothing. Imo

No I'm a big believer in buying used, but condition does come into this as well...

I bought my s8+ from music magpie, had it 4 months sold it and bought a used oneplus 5 for dual sim...

£110 difference offers, brand new + official charger and cables, not a 300 v 600 difference as described above.

New condition v good condition can add a fair bit of value , unlock code , cables , charger , box , I would say weighing things up taking all factors into consideration , really the difference is closer to £40 to 50 based on the many factors that are easy to put a value on..........but if you are £110 short of a new one and do not mind "good" condition , which in fairness is not classed as grade A like new , then it is worth it...my last 2 phones both from music magpie , happy enough with their service , they even gave me a partial refund when I moaned about my S8 plus not coming with a charger....

All they said was to add the cost of a charger because its needed and won't function without it. So hence "add the cost of a charger" Your tyres are used and can get you home so there's no need for you to buy anything so what on earth are you talking about.

I am trusting on ebay consumer satisfaction policy thing. I like all the heat I am getting from the comments thanks guys! but the company never assumed it could have been broken during delivery. They were quick at "assuming that it was me" and not "assuming that they missed it during their inspection. Also, they do not deliver with charger as mentioned on other comments.
