Grade C - usually means Crappy condition, likely to be abused, scratched, missing bits, broken bits, intermittent problems.

As a similar deal I would maybe suggest the Vestels from Panasonic Outlet on ebay similar price when they come up but at least they look brand new.
Received mine and Grade A.

Also managed to register the warranty at hisense and buy extended warranty.
