Anyone ever bought from these guys? Or bought a refurbished Hisense TV?
Nice and cheap but has been £299 quite frequently for a brand new one at Argos.

Check out 'trustpilot hisence' before considering a purchase !
Great price but, according to which:

Cons
Terrible sound
Terrible motion control
Terrible viewing angle

Pros
Looks good when not in motion
Good remote

They obviously like the word "terrible" as a technical term.
Nice find, switchy
I have one of these, i'm not a technical expert but it seems to do the job and I have no issues with it
Any better than the panasonic 50" 4K hdr refurbs on ebay that are £179.99?

If it's a GX550B make sure it's the 50" and not the 49".

The 50" panel is a good quality VA type that can get quite a bit brighter than the Hisense. Otherwise they are very similar panels.

The 49" is an IPS panel, with very poor black levels and high reflectivity.

The 49" is sold in many more stores though, so it's unlikely you will come across the 50", unfortunately.

The smart features are pretty much the same on all, but can be quicker on the Hisense. Neither of the OS's are perfect though. My B7100 (same TV as B7300 but different stand) often gets large black borders around the left, bottom, and right sides when watching Freeview, the only way I can clear them is to unplug it from the wall.
