This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Back in stock again - previous thread HERE which will answer a lot of questions, but a couple are;

  • yes they have USB3 ports
  • 4k transcoding isn't viable (correct me someone if I'm wrong)

The General consensus is stick in an SSD, add a low profile GTX 1650 or similar and they make decent 1080p gaming PCs.

Make sure you use the voucher code as listed. You probably can get similar or better deals from eBay but generally people seem happy with ITZOO, barring the odd exception.

3412130.jpgLink with instructions to activate windows should you need it HERE.

I've been contemplating buying one for myself as looking to build a simple OMV NAS but haven't done so yet - does anyone have any experience with it?

You will have to be quick if you want one.

Yep, that's probably why I haven't got one yet, spend too much time thinking!
It wouldn't feel right if I didn't say this should have 4x USB 3.0 ports at the rear

If it comes with an additional new win10 key (you got to scratch off the silver foil to reveal the first 10 digits), you can sell it on ebay. I've done this twice and got £5 each for them, like this seller click.

3rd Gen i5 = USB 3.0.
If you remove the DVD-ROM, and buy
ebay.co.uk/sch…t=0
Add a couple of SATA cables.
Easily fit 4 drives in the case, 3 HDD and 1 SSD.

Great little NAS.

Does anyone know what motherboard this has?

3rd Gen i5 = USB 3.0.

The description over at itzoo says 10x USB 2.0, no mention of USB 3.0
And the image over there also shows no sign of them.

Maybe they got the specs wrong and are listing up the HP Elite 8200. I always naturally assume because it has a 3rd Gen Intel CPU that it comes with USB 3.0.

My comment was for those that wouldn't assume things like that. Lack of USB 3.0 could put people off.
Yep, in case I didn't make it explicitly clear in the description, the listing on the website is always wrong. They definitely do have USB3.0 ports as per @rev6 's post.

What an absolute bunch of jokers! This is the one I returned to them which I've just had a refund for today after nearly a month of them messing me around.

I know it was the one I had as it states chassis damage:

And here are the pictures I took myself when returning it:

They offered me a £15 refund to keep it with the damage, and stated that they'd tested it with a graphics card which fitted and worked fine. I couldn't get my gtx 1650 in their safely or securely. And the unit was wobbly when stood up due to the bend.

I feel sorry for whoever has bought this.

That should not be listed as grade A. Should be C IMHO, even if it works. Very concerned about motherboard warp with a bend that strong.

However, ITZoo do not sell units in that condition most of the time.
Did anyone manage to order one?

My whole experience with them has been a joke from start to finish. It's a shame as I know most people have had no issues!
Missed it , need something like this for home , for kids

I've had one bad and two good, and to be fair they did sort out my problem but getting the process started wasn't a good experience, their customer service definately needs work...

Re your damaged unit:

This is 2020, there is ZERO reason they couldn't upload an actual picture of that unit for the website, using a stock image in this case is clearly not on, verging on deceptive. Your 100% right to return it and I feel your pain in the return process.

On a side note, and a little gloating, I bought one of these last year and it was in fantastic condition, added an SSD and its run like a dream every night since as a twitch stream machine [6hrs a night]. Brilliant little machines!
